Let me start out by saying I love sushi and this style of cuisine. If I could grant a negative star I would. Coming in the door and looking at the building itself it is in terrible maintenance/ upkeep. There is a bike chain on the front door?! There is storage items just randomly stuck in nooks and crannys. Why that wasn't the first clue we were going to the WRONG place to eat I'll never know. Guess we were just hungry .. The host told us that we couldn't sit in hibachi with no reason given, although many were sat there after us.
Let's start on the food. The gyoza was not cooked and was luke warm. This is our favorite appetizer to order at this style restuarant; generally we order two sets We didn't even finish them!
The clear soup was also luke warm My chicken fried rice was fine in texture just lacking in flavor something fierce.
My wife had the sushi and its was pretty luke warm as well. It's like that didn't know what temperature food should he properly served at.
The service... was like this : Walk in sit Server walks up three times in 5 min asking if we are ready to order. We tell her just hanging out will be a here a little while. Then she flat didn't come back for 45-50 min. We had to ask for her.

They gave away our reservation so we had to wait for an hour, then the service was terrible. They never checked on us to ask how we were doing or refill our drinks, they messed up 3 of our orders and by the time 2 of our people got their food everyone was already finished eating. When we asked for the check we had to wait another 30 minuets, by this point we were tired just wanted to leave. We told them several times beforehand and while we were ordering that our checks would be separate, so tell my why it took 6 different tries to get my ticket right. Every time the guy came back I had to explain I only got the bento box and water, and everytime he'd put someone else food and drinks on my ticket. At any other restaurant the first or second mistake and they would've apologized and offer to comp the meal or offer free desert or somthing! But after a whole night of mistake after mistake they never even apologized. All that and the food wasn't even very good. Huge waste of time and money....

So I walked to the bar and sat down to relax and have a glass of wine but to my surprise every waitress and waiter walked passed me as if I was invisible. After about 10 minutes a young lady asked me if I have been helped because everyone else at the bar was being served. I gave her my order and waited patiently. I waited for almost a hour for sushi. Then a rude waiter was standing behind the counter stuffing sushi in a bag, so I asked him was that my order and he never looked me in my eye and just said yeah. Then he slid it to me without saying a word to me. I felt humiliated. I had to ask another waitress if I could get some spicy mayo because he only put one in my bag for 18 sushi.
