Factory Connection — Local services in Mustang

This store rocks! Not only is it in the center of the shopping plaza, next to the dollar store and grocery store, but they have everything u need for a great night out, and very low prices. I had bought a dress at the one in Purcell, but when I got home, didn't like the way it fit. I had called the Purcell store, and even though, on the receipt, it says, no returns on markdowns or clearance, I asked. The girl told me she would exchange it, and I normally wouldn't do that, but she did. She told me she would tell the other girls for me. There was a. Navy dressy jumpsuit I had tried on, strapless, and fit like a dream! The only one in the store, and I regretted not getting it. But I was in Mustang, and sitting right in front of that one. So, I went in, and sure enough, they did it there too, and more than nice. This time, I found a dressy Khaki jumpsuit, that was on clearance, also, one if a kind, that they exchanged for, and I got money back. I'd like to thank both girls, who were more than nice, and very helpful, that did this for me. I love those stores so much. I always have great best friend shopping experiences there, that really will last a lifetime. Always a positive experience! Thank you...

New to the area. Wanted a smaller store to buy clothes from. First and last time here today. No acknowledgement upon walking in. Went to a shirt I saw in the window, turn around, see worker so obviously staring at me. Walk away from that situation and see the counter worker literally sliding down the counter to watch every step I took. Why? I wasn't carrying a duffel bag or wearing a ski mask. Very uncomfortable. I left and took my business to big retail where I can shop comfortably.. sad moment. Oh...

Seems like thier clothing never changes. Thier Clarence items are hardly marked down at all. Was asked if I could start a job on Monday, and never heard back from the manager and when I called she had made up an excuse placing the blame on her district manager, but I went in the next day and they hired another girl.
