The first two times I went here was great. They were professional & quick. Today I had the worst experience ever. I went in for a pedicure. I asked for a certain pedicure and she was finished and didn’t do the pedicure with paraffin or stone so the manager came over and had her redo it she just added those two things to already finished legs. The stones were a scalding hot and burnt my legs and they turned red and hives. I was miserable & in pain. Then she put gel on my toes when I asked for regular paint. My toes wouod not dry. I sat for an hour before asking for a lamp or fan. The lamps didn’t work and a fan didn’t either. The manager discovered the girl used gel by touching and smearing my toe polish. So she had to repaint. This was the second repaint because they messed up earlier by the lady putting my sliders on wet toe nails. I had now been here three hours. For a 30 min pedicure my blood sugar got low. I had to grab a sucker to put in my mouth I was getting the shakes. I had to set and dry another 30 min I asked for manager and she told me the girl was learning and do better next time. I said she scaled my legs. I came for relaxation my favorite thing to do and not reduce my budget and yet it was so painful. Well I still had to pay $35 and I left no tip. I will never ever go back. I should not of been asked to pay for a service like that they should have compensated me with a gift certificate to return for nails or something. I had planned to get my nails done but after 3 hrs and all of the pain I couldn’t leave fast enough. Getting a pedicure is one of my only pleasures in life right now. It was very disappointed and my legs are in severe pain. Please be careful who you get when you go there. I don’t know her name but I’d ask for experienced person and see that they understand English and can put the correct polish and give you the correct pedicure without scalding your legs. I never leave reviews maybe once or twice in my lifetime and those have been good. This was such a horrible experience. While this salon has GREAT prices and the end results are spot on, I didn't appreciate having to wait 2 1/2 hrs for my service ( with an appointment mind you ) while someone who seemed to be a friend of one of the girls there (could have been the owner), got right in and out within an hour for the same service I came in for (pedicure and nails). She also had an appointment, but shouldn't you finish the people who have been waiting for quite some time before jumping your personal appointment to the front of the line? Several people had been waiting and I heard some unhappy notations other than my own! I understand walk-ins could be waiting longer, but ANY person with an appointment is as important as the next and they should go in order of arrival if you're running behind.. just my personal opinion. BTW, the tech's were working their tails off trying to keep up so made the whole situation even more irritating that this couple ( husband and wife team) were treated like loyalty when they arrived and put on rush while everyone else...
Read moreWorse pedicure ever. She didn't even clean my cuticles or scrub my feet. The massage was practically non existent. When she polished my nails they were terrible. I told her to just take it off and reclean my nails which she only did for my toes but did not even care to fix anything. Never going back. At least Sam gave my mom a good experience but for me, I will not be return. My nails looked worse then when I got there because she didn't even take off the polish properly or even cut my nails.I thought I wasn't going to be charged and even told the cashier to look at my toes because they look terrible. I am practically 9 month pregnant and was hoping that she would at east cut my nails because I obviously can't do it myself and was hoping someone else would jump in to fix it but nothing. So I didn't waste my time in getting the manicure. I am so upset I could cry. Wish I knew how to post a picture so everyone could see and maybe the owner or the employee could see her...
