Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Mustang

Honestly, I used to love eating from here. And I hate to be a "Karen" but I received an email stated my food had left the restaurant and was on its way to me. I live 7 minutes or less from the restaurant. Finally at about 25 minutes of waiting I called and they told me to wait 6 more minutes and call again if it still hadn't arrived. I was about to call back at the 35 minute mark right as the driver showed up. He refused to let me tip him any less than what I had put in the tip line when placing the order online. Because it's ups the total. I tried to explain to him that that total included an almost 8 dollar tip. So I had to go back inside and get more cash to equal the tip I initially put on the tip when I placed the order. When I come back out he had placed our food on our concrete porch and left it there for me to pick up, he even rounded UP his tip to the nearest dollar and didn't give me change. THEN to top it off, our food was cold! So not only did I have to pay full price PLUS tip for cold, late and potentially contaminated food, but the service I received when I called the restaurant was absolutely horrible. I wasn't even offered to speak with customer service and the delivery driver was extremely unapologetic. Who puts someone's food on the ground outside and makes the customer pick it up? Most horrible experiences in the last 3 months what has happened to this location in Mustang Ok. Tried to make an order on line said 90 minutes for pickup called call center to complain and they tried to transfer me to location twice and they just picked up the phone and set it back down twice when the call center called them they answered and said they were extremely busy as to the 90 minutes. the call center got them to 30 minutes when I got off from the call center headed the 2 miles to location and guess what? one employee car and not another car in the parking lot. I was really wanting pizza so fought to get one and should have known better with all the red flags. this is not a $17.00 pizza and was not fit to eat. Really seemed like they did something to it crust seemed water logged and as a 30 year customer has never seen a pizza like this one in photo. I asked the person at the window the managers name and she asked why I proceeded to tell here the experience that I went through just to get a pizza and she tried to blame it on the call center. well it wasn't their fault cause I just called them to complain and she said oh but didn't bother looking around the corner and tell the manager that we have a customer that has gone through hell to...

We have eaten at this restaurant many times over the last four years. Since the change of staff the place has gone to pot. The restaurant is dirty, the buffet is never completely stocked and the staff are not friendly. They're too busy standing around and chatting with each other rather than taking care of customers.

Today we went in to use our coupon of buy one lunch buffet and one drink and the second buffet is free. We were told the price was over $15.00. Now, like we said before, we have eaten there many times. The total price is $10.75 (including senior discount). When I questioned why it was $15.00 I was told that that was the correct price. The clerk asked the manager to come over and the manager barely glanced at it and said that the $15.00 was correct.

We left and went to another Mazzio's and we were charged the correct price of $10.75. In addition, the second Mazzio's was extremely clean, staff was extremely friendly and the selection of food was fantastic.

We won't be back.
