Every time I have gone to this location the last 3 or so years it has been terrible. When a family member transferred ownership of a car to me they misspelled my name and claimed it was my fault. When my partner was trying to transfer ownership of a boat they claimed we had the wrong form. after multiple different forms we tried a different tag agency and it was a breeze. And now this morning while the place was not busy I was told I could not get my license renewed there unless I had an appointment. They told me the website and tried to give me a card. Its the 21st century, I already had the website in my phone. Their appointment system is poorly designed. I instead just renewed my license through the Oklahoma dept. in 10 minutes and without being treated like an inconvenience.
I could forgive all this if the staff there wasn't rude every step of the way. They have treated me like I was unwanted and not supposed to be there. If their services weren't a necessity for Mustang I would say it needs to be shut down. Every single staff member I dealt with needs to learn some empathy and customer service. I walk in politely and do what I can to have all my forms prepared. Yet I am still the worst person who walks into the room. More than twice they have staff members chatting it up with a person who walked in to say hello while 4+ people...
Read moreRe: This tag agency did a great job with renewing my car tag since it was nearly expired. However, there was some miscommunication at the desk when we came in to get our real id’s and ended up mixing house addresses which now makes us have to come back to redo the address and as a result, we must book another appointment to address it. The Yukon Tag isn’t any better either with the process (I will create a separate review for that).
All I can do now is to wait for the appointment because it was quite frustrating to get house addresses mixed up, but hopefully we can get it fixed.
Update (06/29/24): I changed the review from 3 stars to 1 star. I feel like this tag agency has lots to work on in terms of customer service and the service they provide. I'm having a hard time trying to get our issues work out after getting a renewal the first time. They did get a bit disrespectful towards us and I didn't...
Read moreHated to give them 1 star but you have to just to leave a review... I came to the tag agency on Saturday June 25th to get a car tag. Christie took my info at the counter and after searching my vehicle on the computer she came back to the counter and announced embarrassingly loud enough for everyone in the tag agency that I had a "turnpike suspension." I had to wait till Monday morning to call the pikepass office, and they assured me that there was no violations on my vehicle. I immediately called this tag agency and they did not see anything either. I came back in today june 28th and Christie was loudly rude to me again. She did not take full responsibility for entering in the wrong information for my vehicle. No apologies only an elevated anger and told me to have a nice day... Not a professional place and certainly not a friendly place thanks...
