Building B #453. Guests count on Airbnb reviews, but, I feel like owners really need to also get an honest review from their guests. It’s was evident that someone really cared about this unit at one time. I don’t think the owners have been here in quite a while.

The grounds, gate, parking lot, elevator, security, and indoor areas were all ok. We felt safe the entire time. This was a very busy weekend and parking was full but we managed. 

Our experience with the place was not without issues. This was not a comfortable stay. I really want this Owner to know the carpets are Absolutely filthy.

Carpets: We never took our shoes off because they were that dirty. Vacuuming before our stay could not have happened as there were popcorn kernels, Pringles can lid, springs, and snack chips found in various rooms. There were lint/hair balls in the closets.

Bedrooms: The furniture in the 2nd bedroom is broken. The “dressers” have broken handles, and the drawers don’t operate. We didn’t use them at all. The light “globes” in both bedroom ceiling fans had broken glass fixtures.

The air conditioner worked great. The bathrooms were clean.

Living room: The living room furniture was filthy. The tan chair had steaks and stains in it. One of the blue lazy boy chairs had a broken arm. In fact, it was so broken the side of the chair was just hanging. The living room carpet has huge stains all over the place. So many guests have spilled items repeatedly in the living room. The carpet hasn’t been cleaned in a long while. The entire carpet in the this condo needs to be shampoo’d. The entire place needs a deep clean.

Bedroom: The bedroom with twin beds - both beds had blankets/quilts that were dirty. One of the beds had a Huge Hole in the quilt. It was very noticeable. We did not use the quilts as we were not comfortable using the quilts at all. We were not comfortable but we did manage to sleep.

The closets in the hall and bedrooms are filthy. Those floors are so dirty. The doors of the closets should be taken off entirely. They are just free hanging and there were no hangers anywhere. We didn’t bring our own hangers. The closet was so dirty we were afraid to store our luggage inside the closets. 

This review is honest feedback. We were glad to have a place to stay on a holiday week. We were glad about the vacation. We did not complain while we were staying because the things which were wrong could not be fixed that day or that week. We will not be staying in this location again.

We did not see bugs (thankfully). We did go out and buy Lysol spray and Lysol wipes in order to feel a little better (cleaner)...

On the edge of a three star vacation spot. The location is pretty great right on the beach, but the building is pretty dated. We saw one big cockroach inside, granted these are inevitable in this area, but cost a star. The second star was lost from the parking situation. The management team selectively enforces their policies. About 100 spaces Labeled "compact cars only" are filled with large trucks and SUVs constantly with no noticable enforcement. However, the only motorcycle parking on the property is way in the back of the parking lot about a quarter mile away, and this is strictly enforced. Spots that are dead space in the parking area which are typically acceptable spots for bikes are forbidden for use and remain to be dead space. There is no exception to this policy for handicapped motorcycle riders who drive accessible trikes, and I had a good conversation with an elderly man with a bad back during one of my quarter mile walks from the back of the parking lot. He told management he was handicapped and had a plackard for a accessible spot, and was told that if he didn't park in the motorcycle area, he would be towed. The final star was for the way that the other guests at this place are on the trashy side. It can kind of be reminiscent of a Soviet area apartment block once all of the families hang their dirty laundry out and let their kids...

My condo was at the end of the hall way from the pool the yelling was insane this went on for hours till security came and it quiet down, A man was drunk in the hallway under my kids window yelling and arguing with a female on a speaker phone and using profanity at 1 am we called security, this was on the 4th floor The security guard showed up on the second floor then walks up and down 3rd floor finally I flag her down and I tell her the guy is by the elevator and he's drunk and hostile she said ok she will be back she never returned 20 minutes later the guy went in his condo, Outdoor pool always full of people they go first thing in the morning and take up all the beach chairs with a towel so u never get to sit pool is super crowded,they leave towel on pool chair and go to beach and come back to chair so you have no chance to sit Parking makes no sence they have signs posted compact cars only I have a Chrysler Pacifica we can't park in the compact car space even though we fit,he had a note left in the car windshield not to park there Suposesly we have to find parking were it doesn't say no compact cars Well they are all taken and limited, Looking for another resort...
