For the longest time, I have been 100% Pizza Hut! Since High School! I haven't had their pizza in a long time. Since the pandemic, money is tight. It's hard enough to roll out of a drive through line, with the correct items ordered. I was sick and in need of some food. So I sprung $25 for a One-Topping-Stuffed Crust Large pizza, some breadsticks and I also added extra marinara sauce. Simply because when one is wanting some delicious warm sauce and cheese filled pizza and some delicious breadsticks, what is not to stop them? I completed my Online order, tabbed into getting Text alerts regarding my order. The order was placed at 4:45pm with a guarantee of 35-45 min delivery. Not only was I never notified of the "tracking", I waited an hr and 15 mins later to call and find out what the delay was. I work in the field of food delivery. I understand there are issues and/or complications during any transactions, but these delivery drivers work solely for this company. The delivery came and upon discovery, I found the essentials, even being a $0.70 marinara sauce, to complete the experience, was missing. The food was COLD, the breadsticks were over cooked and there was absolutely NO sauce in the pizza! See pix! I have completed the survey, made an online complaint and called Customer service! All which will do nothing for me. This is such an extreme example of how those who are suppose to be there for "us", and be the reason to believe this world isn't crumbling before us, that regardless, no one seems to care and I haven't seen one thing done to fix the situation. For the future, I hope your experience is far better than mine, yet I will no longer put my hard earned money into a corporation which can't even follow through with the most simple job they have, which is to make good quality products, deliver them on time and take accountability for their misstates and create solutions for them! Soon, only time will tell, if a true business will defy the doubt...
Read moreI just got my order. I ordered a 20oz cherry Pepsi online and I get a call saying they were out (witch I get it happens) but they did tell me they had it in a 2 litter. Well I'm a delivery driver and I know the curious thing to do would be to offer the 2 litter first for free because that was the stores fault for being out. But they Said no and that they would have to cancel my order and recharge my card I said forget it and asked for just a normal 20oz Pepsi. That's fine it happens i get what I paid for. Than the delivery driver knocks on the door I answer very happy saying hello how's your day? He didn't say one word to me ( I'm not kidding he didn't say I have an order for blank he didn't say hello nothing. He hands me the receipt to sign. (Like i said I'm a driver so I know tipping is a must) so I tip him and sign then being nice because I thought well maybe he's having a bad day. I wrote smile and then your happy face at the bottom of the paper. I handed him the receipt upside down so he wouldn't see it until you walked away. But before you handed me the food he looked at the paper looked at the tip and looked at the smilie rolled his eyes and then pretty much threw my food in me. And walked away. I'm just in shock. Read moreI order 3 items and the delivery guy showed up with 1 pizza. I asked where the other items were and he said... not his deal, he had to go, call the store and ran off. Very classy... When I ordered today, I changed the delivery address and unknowingly to me, the system deleted 2 of my items, kept the one pizza I ordered but deleted the 'deal' for it and charged me for every topping. A large pizza that was suppose to be 11.00 dollars was turned into a 22.00 pizza, all because I changed my delivery address to my home address. If the process of changing a delivery address will ONLY cause 2 items to delete and keep 1 item but delete the "DEAL", change the online message to that. It said that THE ORDER could possibly be deleted if I changed address, not just a few items and all discounts. Ridiculous. I also called the store to let them know and the guy "John"? kept saying it was the websites fault and they have nothing to do with it. Well, the store and the website are all part of the same organization. Practice some good customer service, and please have your employees...
