TLDR: went out of their way to get me what I wanted for my wedding!! Very kind!! Good quality clothing! A little big.

Very nice, very customer service oriented. I’ve been searching high and low to find dusty blue vests and ties for my wedding! I finally found them, but couldn’t find any singular dusty blue ties, only in sets. When I did get my order (my fiancé and I wanted him to wear a vest, and tie and all that, but the mother men to wear just ties, so I ordered a set through them), I was sooo happy with the colour!!! It’s perfect, and has everything we want. On a whim, I called and asked if they had any dusty blue ties for sale, just by themselves. And luckily for me, they said they did, they just needed to get them in the system and up on the website! Should be done by today or tomorrow they said! It is so nice finding a store that is so kind and willing to do things for their customers! Exceptional!

The only thing I will say, is the sizes run a tad large! It’s not a problem for me, because we’re getting my fiancées vest altered anyways, BUT! If you are looking to order from here, which I highly recommend, get your size! And if you’re on the smaller end of a size, go down a size. :))

Some people clean up really well, some people need a lot of help. I'm somewhere in between. After coming into the tuxedo warehouse and getting the mad hook up. I feel like I could Assume a new identity. I mean really, putting on a good tuxedo. Is a guaranteed level up, or in my case, a few levels up. I had a chain tuxedo place, stiff me on a simple tux rental reservation. So I came to tuxedo warehouse because they are so conveniently located right downtown nampa. The staff was the best! The kind of attention to detail I received Felt like it was the owner, Making sure everything fit right, and asking all the right questions. Very experienced! He got me fitted with everything I needed. Had all of the correct sizes on hand ( i'm 6'7" 260 pounds, this is not an easy thing to do even at a big and tall shop) he got me tailored, pressed, wrapped and out the door quicker. Than expected all the while dealing with three other customers. If you're in need of a tuxedo or a great suit, I would definitely recommend tuxedo warehouse. Hands down this is the place to rent from! The staff is truly friendly and there is no pressure placed on you. They are patient and honestly devote a good deal of time to you personally in helping you make the right choice. They offer many possible suggestions and help you explore choices of style you may not have been aware of. They also are great about giving you tips to wary of such as color choices that don't look visually well with your bride's dress or color scheme. I was fitted and every minor concern of mine was addressed. My Tux was immaculate and could not have been better. This made me have one less thing to worry about on the big day.
