UPDATED-have been to this store multiple times to buy generic one ounce silver rounds and silver britannias today my kids and I drove to his store from homedale idaho so my daughters could pick some new Indian head pennies for their coin collection just to be told he doesn't have time to let my daughters pick out a few pennies and to drive back tomorrow and he will have time then and Google don't say they are even open tomorrow. I have always been happy with the service tell today and when my daughters got upset they did not get to pick any coins. I would recommend going to security gold and silver it is close by and has way better customer service. Have a great day and God bless.

Yes you had been helping a customer and yes the other guy in the shop had a customer and we waited and after you had finished you told me you had no time to let my girls look very upsetting for them after I told them we would go get them some coins I hope you can start to see that you try and attract everyone that leaves you a bad review and point fingers at your customers when I feel like you had a bad day most people would admit they had a bad day and apologize and people...

I have been in to buy coins about 8 or 10 times over the last year. I have spent over 1000 dollars total and never made a purchase if less than 50. Every time I have went in the owner has given me the impression I was bothering him or was a burden. Everytime I asked to see there coins I was told he was busy and didn't really want to but did anyway. Today I went in, hand 70 dollars worth of coin supplies in my hands to purchase and asked to see the nickels. The owner flat out refused saying he was too busy. I was the only customer and there were two helpers in the back. The owner offered no apology and no explanation and dismissed me before we were done talking by staring back down at his paperwork.Even if I was one of 10 customers and he was the only one there would be zero excuse for refusing to show a customer your product. As a traveling nurse from Florida, as a veteran and holder of Florida's concealed carry, I was treated rudely and hastily dismissed as a customer due to "state regulations" which turned out to be inaccurate since I've spent almost $8,000 in the months surrounding this event in other local shops who bothered to look up the specifications of the law. The older gentleman was quite hospitable to the previous customer whom I assisted holding the door since he had a large load and then the employee summarily dismissed me upon learning of my Fl DL and CCW.
