Avoid this place at all costs. They installed a gas burner and log set for me several years ago. It stopped functioning so i had a tech out. He charged me $180 and fixed to problem but the fix only lasted a week. It turned out i needed a replacement. Simple project, the tech was there when i called Patti. She took my information and i asked her to provide a quote for a replacement. She never called back. I called again three times, each time she said she would call me back. She didn't. Then i talked to Paul, he said he or Patti would call me that day. No one called. The following week i called and got Paul again. He said he would talk to Patti that evening and call me the following day which would have been Tuesday. On Thursday i still had not heard from him so i called again. He had zero information for me. My advice, don't waste you time with these folks, they can't even support an existing customer.
