My wife set up a pick up from SFO to Napa for 15 women for her sister in laws Bachelorette Party. I was on the call when she made the reservation and heard her confirm 2 bottles of Champagne and Food with Water and Sodas when she booked the trip. They were flying cross country and knew that when they landed, having an hour plus trip, they would be starving.
When the bus arrived, they had no food, water nor the champagne. I called on their behalf and the manager I spoke with stated it was my wife's fault for not filling out a form they had sent (which was later confirmed never to have been sent). When I asked how they were going to make it right....the manager said we will make a stop at no charge. I asked that is it? That is how you make this right? And they were nothing short of rude and accusatory blaming us.
To make things worse, my wife had spoken with them multiple times prior to arrival and at no point, did they ask about the form.
Additionally, when it was time for pick up, going from Napa to San Francisco, she called multiple time to try and confirm arrangements, and they tried to send two smaller buses instead of one because of a challenge for the larger bus in the driveway. My wife and friends had to come up with a solution of everyone walking their luggage down to the road for pick up.
I have been in sales a long time, I have never experienced worse customer service, I have never been accused of doing wrong when nothing we did was wrong. This company tried everything they could do to mess up my wife's trip and blame us along the way.

JC was with us for only two days of our trip, but was so knowledgeable, friendly and fully of ideas for us to explore, I called him again for our recent trip back to Napa. When I tell you we were BLOWN AWAY by our experience this time around. Since Covid Napa has switched to a “reservation only” atmosphere that in most cases needs to be booked months in advance. JC is well known in the valley, and was able to refer us to some amazing restaurants and also Vineyards we otherwise would have overlooked. He was with us the whole trip this time around from morning until night and I can say our experience was no less than an extraordinary one. From the beautiful properties his recommended wineries sat on to the absolute amazing hospitality we received at the restaurants we were not able to get reservations for on our own with short notice timing, JC went above and beyond to make our time an incredible experience. As he spent more time with us, he custom tailored his recommendations to exactly what we love. He has an amazing talent in that department and is the first and only person I will book with when visiting wine country on our future vacations. Read moreDO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE. I got married and used this shuttle to transport our guests around the Sonoma area. Weeks before our wedding we contacted this company outlining exactly how we would like our shuttle service to go with agreed upon scheduled drop offs and pick ups. Due to the driver not sticking to the outlined instructions that were highlighted on the confirmation of our wedding plans the shuttle driver completely neglected to return and pick up over half of our wedding guests waiting to be brought to our ceremony. This delayed our wedding by over an hour and would have caused further delays if our guests hadn't taken matters I to their own hands and driven themselves. Not only did NVTT neglect try to rectify situation at all, remaining unresponsive for over the 2.5 weeks following the event where I've reached out multiple times; NVTT instead charged us for overtime, that was essentially caused by their own driver. We've incurred numerous fees from other vendors too due to the delays their driver caused.
During the event, we requested that the driver be ready by 9:30 for pickup. At the requested time the driver was no where to be seen and after we went looking for him we discovered the driver was asleep in the vehicle.
100% NOT how you want to spend your wedding day, a complete let down and total disappointment of a shuttle service.
