My wife and I had the pleasure of using the Robert Mondavi Arch & Tower tasting room for our wedding ceremony and reception, which included 50 people, and it was an exceptional experience! From the initial planning stages working with Troy and the generosity of congratulations gifts from Andres, their professionalism and attention to detail were everything we could have hoped for.
Planning and Coordination: Troy took the time to understand our needs and preferences, providing valuable suggestions greatly enhancing our event. He was very patient in working with us on price and accommodations to ensure we had what we wanted, but no more than we needed. The communication was clear and consistent, which made the entire process as stress-free as possible.
Venue and Ambiance: The venue at Arch and Tower is historic, upscale, while also maintaining and understated class. It perfectly matched the theme of our event and left a lasting impression on our guests. The ambiance was elegant and welcoming, with a warm atmosphere that really captured the vibes we were looking for. The event space both inside and outside was also great for our wedding photos with variable lighting options both inside and out.
Catering and Service: The catering service was exceptional. The menu offered a variety of delicious lite bites and wines, catering to different dietary preferences and restrictions. Our guests were particularly impressed with the quality and presentation of the food. The service staff were professional, courteous, and attentive, ensuring that every guest felt well taken care of throughout the event, with Troy even making a point to bring food to us as the bride and groom are often too busy to get a chance for themselves to grab a bite post ceremony.
Audio Visuals: Troy fulfilled a special request to get a 70 inch display included for the event which meant a lot to our parents who used it for sharing photos and video from over the years.
Overall Experience: Overall, Arch & Tower exceeded our expectations in every way. Their dedication to creating a memorable and enjoyable experience was evident in every aspect of their service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to host a successful and unforgettable event. We received numerous compliments from our guests, many of whom remarked that it was one of the best events they had attended in a long time, with a very intimate setting shared with friends and family.
Thank you, Arch & Tower, for making our wedding venue feel so special. We look forward to visiting Robert Mondavi anytime we...
Read moreI have been a long time fan of everything that Robert Mondavi stood for - an American icon. The go to brand for value and for premium selections that consistently have earned the highest ratings. Unfortunately, since his passing, the management and to a point the quality has gone down hill. I recently took advantage of a AMX offer through the retail business at this location. Since then it has been nothing by an antithetical representation of what they stood for. It started with a failed attempt to deliver the wine through FedEx. I 100% agree that this is somewhat out of there control - but, they chose to use FedEx. While I was working from home I had my front door open waiting between the delivery timeframe. I only received a notice that they 'attempted'. No camera footage, no door bell activity and no sticker. I call Mondavi several times and could never get someone. I finally resorted to email trying to understand how this could happen and are they aware of these issues with FedEx. A 'Cathy' responded to my email and stated with me she left a message - but didn't. We finally spoke and it was brushed off as something out of their control. We continued over email and then I was told if the package comes back there would be a re-stocking fee. After going back and forth she said that would be waived. So what is the point here? Why would an iconic brand that was started by legendary figure in the industry make it so hard to do business with customers. With the blanket apologies there was never an option to receive the product through a different provider. Makes no sense to me, especially with zero regard for a loyal customer who believes in the legacy Robert left, has been to winery 12+ times and have been in and out of several loyalty programs....
Read moreThe reviews and food on here looked good so we decided to check it out past weekend during BottleRock on a Sunday morning and the hostess with dark hair was not pleasant..she acted as if they were too busy because they had a party going on meanwhile plenty of empty tables chairs at ground level. A nicer older lady came out greeted us and told us they did have tastings available in which the younger original hostess says oh well do we have a server . What kind of attitude is that? She didn’t look like she enjoyed her job. After our tasting, we see the same hostess in the bathroom and she just stares at us saying that’s for the private party. Luckily our servers were extra friendly and attentive which made up for the bad hostess...
