EVEREVE — Local services in Naperville

This the third time I have been here and the third time I have been blatantly ignored by the staff. I walk in, no acknowledgement at all. A Caucasian lady walks in right behind me and she is asked if she needs anything and is greeted politely. I walked around the entire store and not once did any sales person acknowledge or ask me if I needed help but they fawned over every other customer there. I was the only non Caucasian customer, btw. And every salesperson there is Caucasian. Like I said, this wouldn't be so obvious if it didn't happen EVERY SINGLE TIME I have walked in. Never again. Mediocre overpriced clothes anyway. I'd rather take my business elsewhere where people aren't so blatantly rude and prejudiced. And not that this matters, but I was dressed properly and had on a designer handbag (in case they were wondering if I had any money to pay for...

Went to this store to buy a $400.00 dollar gift certificate. A friend just went through some bad times. Waited politely for 11.00 to come. Passed 11 o'clock still they didn't open the store. They saw me and and acknowledged me. And started talking again. Seems lot's of people find this place rude, self indulging, and snooty. I found I saved my money and will not go back. I guess they don't feel the need...

My best friend was shopping in EVEREVE Naperville location and one of the employees made a rude joke about her name (my friend is an immigrant) and tried to play it off rather than apologize. I called the store and talked to the manager- manager was apologetic and said she would reach out to my Friend and rectify the situation. My friend never heard from them. I will never shop...
