LOFT — Local services in Naperville

I’ve shopped at Loft for years, both online and in store. I went to this location to pick up an online order and to try on a few more items. The staff did not acknowledge my presence until I had to ask a question. They continually complained about the number of items that needed to be put back from the fitting rooms. There were a few other women shopping in the store at the time and it was as if we were an inconvenience. I would not recommend supporting...

I came in a little bit before closing. There were at least five people working and not one person talked to me. They didn’t even acknowledge me if they were trying to walk around me and as I left there was a girl sitting right by the door that didn’t even say goodbye. I was going to purchase a dress, but decided not to. I walked out the store and went to JJill and purchased something there. I will never go back...

The staff was not helpful at all. I typically shop this store on line, since I was in the area I decided to stop in. I spent a good 20 minutes browsing, I was the only customer in the store- to three employees, not one of them acknowledged my presence! It's too bad, because they have nice stuff, but no one wants to shop where they feel like they don't...
