TL;DR: If you're looking for a dealership that cares about customer satisfaction, integrity, and honesty, go somewhere else.
I bought a 2024 CPO vehicle with 11k miles from this dealership in January 2025. In June 2025, the vehicle died at a stoplight, leaving me and my family stranded without any power to the vehicle in the middle of a busy intersection without an ability to put on our hazards or put the car in neutral. Essentially, we had no way to notify drivers that we were in a disabled vehicle in a high-traffic part of town, where people regularly drive 45-50 miles per hour.
When I called the dealership to ask them how to put the car in neutral, they nonchalantly told me that it was impossible. I let them know my situation, i.e. busy street, no hazards, kids in the car, etc., and the service technician completely brushed it aside. He was almost annoyed by my plea for help.
After I finally got my family off the road and towed the vehicle in, I asked the technician about the cost of towing, as the car is still under manufacturer's warranty. "Oh, if you would have used Infiniti roadside assistance, it wouldn't have cost you anything, but we can't pay for your tow." Read moreI’m not much of one for writing reviews, but in the case of Infiniti of Naperville, the extraordinary and impeccable service and attention they have recently provided me must be acknowledged. Short story – I needed to have them replace the engine in my Nissan Maxima. Jon Vargas, my service rep, arranged to get an engine delivered to the dealership within the next couple of days, and then have it installed and the car ready no later than Saturday just before I was to leave on vacation on Sunday morning with my daughter for a week. Saturday came and as promised the car was ready. I picked it up, and on the way home from running a few errands, the Check Engine light came on. At first I figured it might just be a “nuisance” sensor fault, and thought it’d be OK. But once home, without going into details, more severe symptoms arose - the car would no longer start, all kinds of error messages were appearing! I texted Jon in a panic, not sure what to do as I was leaving on vacation the next morning, and the dealership was now closed. In response, Jon said he’d come right over (and also had his lead tech come over) - they drove over to my house (after their working hours – they were “off the clock”!) and personally spent 2+ hours trying to diagnose and fix the issue. Unfortunately, they could not restore functionality. At this point I’m scurrying around trying to arrange a last minute rental car that I could pick up Sunday morning (at a potential cost of $600), but Jon was having none of that. After a flurry of phone calls to the owner/general manager, they arranged for me to be able to pick up a loaner car at the dealership on Sunday AM. Not only that, Jon came and picked me up Sunday morning at 7:30 to take me to the dealership, where in short order I was able to get a loaner and be on my way on vacation an hour later.
So this was a long story, but it serves to demonstrate what I feel is, in my experience, unmatched customer service. They made a promise that my car would be ready, and available for my upcoming vacation. When through no fault of their own it wasn’t, they did EVERTYTHING to make it right – coming over to my house when they were not “on the job” and had no obligation to do so, opening up the dealership on Sunday morning to provide me with a loaner vehicle, ferrying me there. These are simply extraordinary measures that demonstrate the ultimate in customer service. It would have been so easy for them to simply blow me off and say “we’re closed, have the vehicle towed here Monday morning”, and probably most dealerships would have. Read moreI couldn't be happier after purchasing from Naperville Infiniti! From the first initial contact I had with them through their online chat until the driving away in my new car, I was treated like family! Everyone I came into contact with was wonderful! When Justin contacted me regarding a specific vehicle with specific features I had been searching for online, he had let me know that they didn't have any of them available. After a lot of searching online, I started to lose hope and felt like I was going to have to settle for something else because I just couldn't find what I was looking for. The next day, as I was pulling into another dealership to purchase a vehicle I felt like I was settling for he called me to tell me they had just gotten one in that met all of my "needs". I was still a little hesitant, thinking that I would not get the same amount for my trade that I was already offered at the other dealer, and I would end up paying way more at the Infiniti dealer. But he assured me that they typically match that dealerships trade in values. But talking to me as he knew me personally and actually cared about what it was I was looking for. NOT as a typical car salesman! So, at that point, I figured, what could it hurt?! I could not be more thankful that he called me AND right at the time that he did! I think I had given him like 10-minute notice that I was on my way. So I figured when I got there I would have to wait around and then have to explain everything I was trying to do to the actual salesman. But when I got there, Randy greeted me as I walked in. Just as I started to tell him who I was and that I had spoken with Justin. He said "yes, I've got the keys right here for you!" He was literally standing at the door with the keys in his hand waiting for me! Justin had already explained everything to him so I didn't have to go over anything at all which made it so nice to be able to just focus on looking at the car and driving it to make sure that is the one I wanted! This just goes to show they truly value their customers' time! And realize most people don't want to spend all day sitting around at a dealership. Randy was wonderful to work with! He kept checking on me to see if I needed anything. He answered all of my questions without any hesitation! And he did everything he could to make sure I got everything I wanted!
