Amazing Indian street-style food awaits you at this place. Whether it's the cheesy dosa, the spicy vada pav, the chole, or the delightful dabeli, this place never disappoints. Each dish captures the authentic flavors of Indian street food, making it a haven for anyone craving a taste of India. The cheesy dosa is a perfect blend of crispy dosa and melted cheese, offering a unique twist on a traditional favorite. The spicy vada pav, with its perfectly spiced potato filling and soft bun, is a true delight. The chole, rich and flavorful, pairs wonderfully with the fluffy bhature. And then there's the dabeli, a street food classic that's both sweet and savory, bursting with flavors and textures. But the culinary delights don't stop there. The Chinese bhel is also a must-try. This fusion dish combines the crunch of traditional bhel with the flavors of Chinese cuisine, resulting in a tasty and innovative snack. Service at this place is quick and efficient, ensuring that you don’t have to wait long to enjoy your meal. The staff is generally nice, adding to the pleasant dining experience. They are attentive and ready to help with any requests or recommendations, making you feel welcome and valued as a customer. One of the best aspects of this place is the pricing. The food is well-priced, making it accessible for everyone. Whether you're grabbing a quick snack or sitting down for a full meal, you’ll find that you get great value for your money. The vibrant atmosphere, combined with the delicious food and reasonable prices, makes this place a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy Indian street-style food. Whether you're a long-time fan of Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time, this place offers a memorable and satisfying dining experience. With its diverse menu, quick service, and friendly staff, it’s a spot you’ll want to return to again and again.

Having been to another Honest just a couple days ago in Ohio, we were excited to try the food here. Saying it was a disappointment is an understatement. The tables weren't cleaned and was quite a chore trying to find a decent table to seat ourselves. We ordered the dahi puri which was the only saving grace for our order. The panic puri was below average, the pani lacked any flavor. The bathura was thick in the middle but otherwise okay. The chole was average. The Mysore Masala Dosa was pretty decent, however we could taste pieces of rice kernels on the dosa, the batter wasn't as smooth. It came with 2 tiny cups of chutneys. The Chinese food we ordered was an absolute disaster. The triple Schezwan fried rice and hakka noodles had the exact same unpleasant flavor and taste. The gravy in Paneer Chilli and Manchurian were the exact same again with an exorbitant amount of tomato ketchup masking all other flavors if there were any. Any milkshake, sugarcane juice, falooda, paan we asked for, they didn't have it. The waiter wasn't really helpful and was totally uninterested when asked what the food they served us was. He later got irritated about us not taking our trays out, which we had no clue about since there were no signs asking customers to take the trays out. The waiter had no issues showing his irritation and being disrespectful to us for not intuitively understanding their practices. I do not understand the practice of paying first and then sitting in a table where food is served on a paper plate/bowl on a huge aluminum tray taking up a huge space on the table, and being expected to go trash the leftovers and dispose the trays as you eat so we can make space for food to come. One of the most ridiculous Indian places I've been to.

The restaurant is big with ample seating. You order the food and find a seat and one of the employees brings the food within a few minutes. The price of each items is exorbitantly high especially as the quantity is usually a single piece. The mix utappam that I ordered is obscenely priced at $12.49 for a 9" size with quite a few vegetables strewn on top accompanied by a medium serving of sambar and two tiny condiment sized containers of chutneys. The utappam was rubbery, perhaps it was made with the same batter as dosa batter. Tasted ok though I was not getting the utappam flavor or taste. It did not even fill me half and I shared some of the masala dosa with my wife and the veggie Pullout with our son. Our eldest son was also left hungry after eating a masala dosa and he also partook in the remaining pulao. The veggie pulao was quite a sizeable portion and tasted good with a lot of vegetables and paneer. The masala dosa was thin and crisp, almost like a paper roast and is accompanied by similar serving of sambar and chutneys. Finally to add insult to injury, the tables have to be cleared by the patrons themselves. Overall it is good place to eat perhaps once in a while.

This is an honest review for my 'not so HONEST' experience. I don't expect the restaurant management to bother with this review, presuming they would have done so having a 3.9 average rating over 1000+ reviews. I gave a fourth try while keeping an open mind. All reviews that I read here line up with my experience. I couldn't have agreed more with someone who wrote about the ridiculousness of this restaurant's operations. Customers have to pay upfront for the food before being served, that too in disposable serveware. I requested for a proper spoon, but they declined. Totally disinterested and maybe take customers for granted (I can't think of any other reason).

This time the dosa came with stale chutney that had gone bad. I said nothing after the 'spoon' experience but mentioned politely and that they should not serve it to any more people that day. All I got was a lame facial expression from a bored employee who promptly turned around to mention what I said to another employee who was inquiring about our conversation which by the way was still going on.

What kind of a restaurant expects you to tip at the cash register while ordering food? How would I know what their service is gonna be ? Duh!!! But one feels forced and obligated to add a tip when the tipping screen is shoved at you. It is more efficient and economical while saving man-hours to make the customer pay, serve in disposables, have them pick up the food from the counter and then clear the table and dump the waste and stack the trays. No complaints about the process as such but then why am I paying sit down restaurant prices?

Like I said, they take their customers for granted. They know their clientele: tolerant Southeast Asian customers with 6 digit income who live in the 11th wealthiest city in the country.

'Atithi devo bhava' and in this case paying atithi-es, but why bother business is good. 2 * rating because the person I was with had a...

I have been to this location couple times and had a good experience until my third visit. Before I start let me tell you that I live an hour away from the this location. I was here with my family (8 people) on March 24th, 2019 sunday evening around 8pm. The food is decent but the service was terrible. The guy who took the order never came back and ask if we needed anything or at least ask how the food was. One of the girl who had brownish curly hair (not wearing a name badge) brought the food plate and banged it on the table where my cousin was sitting. It must have slipped from her hand but she didn't even apologize. Her attitude was like she doesn't even care. After the dinner when we requested her to bring 2 boxes she just nod her head and maintained her attitude. When we asked for the bill she said it was 96.67. We paid and then another girl came in and said the bill is 105.56. She said the previous girl didn't add the 10% service charge which she was supposed to because "it was a big table." So even though you get a terrible service you are required to pay service charge no matter what. I have met with the owner before in my first visit and he seem to be a very nice guy and also seemed concerned about his establishment. Me, being a business owner feel bad for him because his employees are not serious and are ruining his business. Also, before leaving my cousin over heard those girl laughing and they were discussing our incident of charging a service fee. One of the girl said, "i charge service fee anyway" and then they giggled. I have also noticed that the employees give good service when the owner is around. If the owner is reading this then please address this issue with your employee. I have included the day, time and total bill amount. I will not be visiting again. Doesn't make sense to drive an hour to this restaurant just to experience the...
