Shristi is a one stop shoppe and haven to discover India( perfect name 🙏👍👌👏) and it's very beautiful diversefied culture especially for very valuable silver and other religious and puja items at an affordable price in the Naperville, IL area.

The very beautiful and very holy Shirdi Saibaba statue in the store gives a very holistic and spirtualistic feeling around the store very much like a temple.

Above all the staff especially the owner Vinitha whose is very much like my own younger sister is so courteous and polite in giving excellent customer service beyond par and beyond description. She makes you feel like a family to us all living so many miles away from back home and making us want to go to the store back again with so many treasure items from Indiz and related to Indian culture.

Once again me and my family feel very blessed to have discovered this great store related to the very wonderful rich Indian culture that we all have to be proud of. We would very strongly recommend to visit this store. believe me or not it will never be enough to thank...

Not happy with their billing process. I purchased a Jasmine box. The billing was done and I immediately had a change of mind and asked the lady at the counter to cancel the order or refund and she said she can’t do it as I had already purchased. I was still at the counter and had not even taken the box into my hand and had made the request immediately. She just would not refund me because I had purchased a perishable. Such a sad process, it upset me as I had thought I would purchase something else for my pooja. I came out of the store and went to Jewel Osco to purchase the rest of my flowers. They are fresh...

Very poor customer service. Brass items are good but they treat you bad if you have any problem with any of their items. The owner argued with me when I returned defective bangles to the point that she started to get rude . They don’t want you yo open items to check but wouldn’t let you return after buying if they are defective. The man in the store was nice enough to consider replacement of items but was sadly overpowered by the lady. Wouldn’t buy again...
