As an Indian ice cream enthusiast, I was excited to see Kwality Ice Cream open in Naperville, especially since I’ve had a fantastic experience at their Irving, TX location. Specializing in beloved Indian treats like kulfis, faloodas, shakes, and sundaes, this place is a rare find in Naperville.
Located inside the Mall of India—a spot I typically avoid due to its underwhelming food options—I had high hopes that Kwality would break the trend. Unfortunately, my visit left me disappointed. I asked for a sundae but was immediately turned down due to short staffing. Not the most welcoming start.
I settled for two scoops of ice cream (mango and pistachio kukfi at $8.39), and to their credit, the flavors were excellent—rich, authentic, and nostalgic. Kwality still delivers on taste, no question there. However, the service and overall experience need serious attention if they want to match the standard set by their other locations.

I recently visited Kwality Ice Cream and was completely blown away by both the quality and flavor of their desserts. Their falooda is hands down one of the best I’ve ever had – rich, perfectly sweet, and layered with just the right balance of rose syrup, basil seeds, vermicelli, ice cream, and jelly. Every spoonful was refreshing and satisfying.
The ice cream flavors were equally impressive – creamy, authentic, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean and welcoming. If you're craving something sweet and refreshing, Kwality’s falooda is a must-try!
Highly recommend this spot for...
Read moreThis is located in the Mall of India in the Fox Valley area, next door to the Matrix Club. We came here on a Saturday night. I guess this was the place to be on a Saturday night for Indian people because it was extremely busy and the parking lot was very full. The dessert place had interesting items. I got a modak (Indian sweet dumpling) and a falooda. The modak was basically chocolate with some chocolate chips inside. The falooda was decent, I had something similar at an Indian cafe in Lisle. Prices were okay. This was about a 3 for me. This was basically an Indian version of going to a Baskin Robbins at the mall. Not bad, not super good. Service...
