The staff and managers displayed the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were unprofessional towards paying customers. My experience here at Galaxi was a catastrophe. A reservation was made over the phone with a male staff member but once we arrived the staff informed me that they hadn’t received a reservation. I went to purchase pizza for my guest and the cafeteria didn’t have enough food to complete my order. I was told over the phone by a male staff member that we were able to bring cake and ice cream for a celebration. Upon my arrival the staff saw the cake and ice cream and didn’t mention anything. The staff member working in the cafeteria placed the ice cream in the freezer for me. After singing ”Happy Birthday” one of the managers approached me and stated that because I have cake my entire party would have to leave. I explained to the manager what was stated to me over the phone. She proceeded to state that we would have to leave. I asked to speak with her manager. Mr.Josh came over and I explained to him that I wouldn’t have brought cake in if I wasn’t told that I could. He ignored my explanation and proceeded to say that if we didn’t put the cake away we would have to leave. The cake was put away but security was called on our entire party. While taking the cake outside I noticed the manager, on duty, she was taking photos of my license plate. I asked if I could help her with anything and she proceeded to walk away. I approached the manager, Josh, and asked why were photos being taken of my license plate. He stated that someone from my party threatened him and they were calling the police. ( No one from my party threatened the staff. They felt threatened because as a BLACK community we chose to use our words and ask them to correct what was done wrong) I asked if he can show me the person, he answered no. I asked how was he sure that they’re from my party and he couldn’t answer. There was no resolve to...
Read moreNever again will I come back. Paid over $500 for 3hours and everything was rushed through. The hostess was the only one that was helpful. We waited in line for over 40 min for a go carts just to keep getting cut in line. Told a someone named Samantha about it and she stayed on her phone and did nothing about it. So we walked out and over to the harness activity, she told us they were too small to go in. So we got out of line and went to the Bazooka Balls swiped the cards just for them to tell us they were two small to be alone and we need to be with them at all times but the ln told us we could go to the harness..... Really???? We were told they were too small and then the employee explains the girl is new and didn't know that they could so we went back to the harness activity and she explains once again that they are too small. We kept getting told they could do mini golf or go karts as long as someone road with them. Why would we continue to waste our time waiting in line to keep getting cut..... We only had a two hour window for all of it? Two of the attractions we wanted were out of order. And then the fact they told us to be here at a certain time to make sure things would be settled as far as money and set up...... We still had to wait cause the room wasn't ready. They said they were just cleaning it up.... When in fact that wasn't even true my girlfriend was in there waiting for a half early an hour for me to get there. Overall they had nothing ready for us, the kids couldn't use half the attractions at all or unless an adult was with them. This place has a good concept but they are so unorganized and no one could help out with any issues. WASTE OF MONEY AND...
Read moreSummary: not worth the price, several attractions broken, poor management trying to close attractions several hours early, employees that do not want to be there.
Several items were closed such as the go karts and the virtual reality. The staff were not allowed to reduce the rate due to the closed attractions. The manager, David, comped our group a single pizza in order to coerce our group to pay the full day price. He was one of the few people willing to help us out. We accepted, as a group, and were looking forward to the remaining attractions. Once inside, we found it hard to use any of the attractions. The employees informed our group that the manager had told them that all attractions had closed, while several other customers were using the attractions. Clearly they wanted us to leave even after paying full price. After much negotiation they would open attractions temporarily and then inform us that it was then being closed even 3 hours before close. The managers were closing all attractions as they wanted their employees and themselves to get home early, instead of closing at the business hours as advertised. It was frustrating to pay the full price for attractions until the closing only to have to argue our with managers in order to get attractions open again. Do not go here, it’s a lot of money for much disappointment. This place is relatively new and operates like a...
