I don't have enough good things to say about Joe. Being from out of town, we had only one weekend to get down to the Naples / Marco Island area to check out houses. Before we arrived he sent us a number of properties that fit our requirements, spent evenings with us on the phone reviewing our likes / dislikes, and walked us through maps of the area explaining the characteristics of all the neighborhoods. He set aside an entire weekend to spend with us that worked with our schedule. Prior to arriving, he sent us our itinerary with all the listings we were going to see that weekend. Even though we were only there a short time, Joe did an outstanding job of ensuring we got a good lay of the land and saw a variety of properties in a number of different areas to help us narrow down our search. It was evident Joe is very knowledgable about the area and properties and we felt we saw enough to have a good understanding and were able to return home feeling content. A week later we noticed one of the properties we had initially liked pop back up and felt comfortable enough with Joe to send him a text late on a Saturday night. Not only did he respond immediately, he told us he would go see the property first thing the next morning. Sunday morning Joe called to walk us through the house via FaceTime and answered all our questions or tracked down answers to our questions within an hour. That very evening, he drew up the paper work to put in our offer. The rest of the process was smooth sailing. Working with Joe was such an amazing experience, and he truly went above and beyond. From the very beginning he made what I had always expected to be an overwhelming experience, completely manageable and enjoyable. Buying a home has always felt intimidating, but he broke everything down in a way that made it feel straightforward, organized, and stress free.

At no point did we every feel pressured to buy. Instead, he always offered genuine and honest advice. It really helped us feel like we were making informed decisions, not rushed ones. Joe was also incredibly responsive and patient with my dozens and dozens of questions. I can be a bit difficult to work with, because I like to understand every single detail. Down to the bone. But he never made me feel like a burden.

The entire home buying process felt manageable and smooth, which I didn't think was possible. Every recommendation he gave, from property opinions to the lender, was top notch.

Joe was incredible during our entire home buying experience down here in Marco Island Florida. Not only did he allow us to comfortably buy a home sight un-seen, but meticulously detailed the issues the home had via Video Call. I even called him on a Saturday evening asking if he could check out the house the very next morning in our absence. First thing Sunday morning, he called via FaceTime and walked us through the house. In other words, Joe easily gave me the "Piece of Mind" to purchase a home in Marco Island without even physically seeing this house and feeling good about it. This is pretty unheard of.
