This was our first visit to Brio and were thankful to get a reservation during their busy time. It took about 10 minutes for us to be seated so not bad. The server Pepe was very nice and friendly but way too busy serving too many tables (I realize the labor shortage so I can’t really blame anyone). In fact, I saw him literally running to the kitchen one time and felt bad for him as he was trying his best. The appetizer (crusted tomatoes with mozzarella) was the best I’ve ever had - the tomatoes were perfectly ripe and very well crusted then topped with the right amount of mozzarella. My wife and I are vegetarian so we had a limited selection. I ordered the Mushroom Ravioli and asked for it to be spicy. I was not disappointed. This was likely the most flavorful Mushroom Ravioli I’ve had - it’s hard to make such bland food (i.e., mushroom-containing food) flavorful but the chef made it taste really good. My wife ordered the Brio Pasta without the chicken (she’s vegetarian) and asked to remove the mushrooms (she does not like mushrooms) and to substitute asparagus instead and to make it spicy. Her dish came out delicious and spicy just the way she wanted it. However, the chef forgot to put asparagus in it so we asked the server and he brought it out separately. The asparagus was bland so my wife made it tasty by adding salt to it. Everything was wonderful and we totally enjoyed the dinner. And, we will definitely come back. The only negative was that we were charged ($5) for the 8 pieces of asparagus instead of substituting it for the mushrooms or even for the chicken. We were charged the same amount for that dish as anyone else getting it with chicken plus we paid an extra $5 for the asparagus. I think you should look at your policy for this kind of charge. I’m not asking to get a credit for the chicken or the mushroom but at least don’t charge for substituting one vegetable for another. The $5 is not going to break my bank but it just doesn’t seem right.

It's sad when you get disappointed with one of your favorite places. I have been a Brio customer for over 10 years and used to recommend it to my acquaintances, a couple of weeks ago I went with my friends to have dinner and drinks. One of my friends handed my sunglasses to the BARTENDER thinking that the person before us had forgotten them, I didn't realize that I hadn't put them in my purse until 2 days later, I went to BRIO to get them back and from the moment I arrived the hostess treated me very badly, she didn't even let me explain what had happened, so I asked to speak to the manager who did nothing to find my glasses, nor did she give me any solution, I tried to reason with her that it was impossible for some glasses to be lost if they had been handed in the BARTENDER's hand when I explained that to her I touched her hand with my hand by accident and she started yelling at me not to touch her, she turned around, went into the kitchen and left me talking to myself, At that moment I felt DISCRIMINATED against and HUMILIATED. In conclusion, the BRIO team doesn't care about their customers.

What an absolute pleasure it was to be served by Robert at Brio! From the moment I sat down, I knew I was in for excellent service. He's attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely seems to enjoy what he does. Now, let's talk about the dirty martini. I've had my share of them, but Robert's was, without a doubt, the best I've ever tasted. It was perfectly balanced, CRISP, and exactly what I was craving. He clearly knows his way around a shaker! Sensational Happy Hour Recommendations Beyond the drinks, Robert's recommendations were spot-on. He suggested the warm chocolate dessert cake, and it was a decadent delight—the perfect end to the meal. What truly impressed me, though, was his surprising, yet brilliant, recommendation of the shrimp & eggplant from the happy hour menu. It's not a combination I would have thought of, but it was incredibly flavorful and truly sensational, a testament to his excellent taste. Robert is more than just a bartender; he's an experience enhancer. I can't recommend him highly enough for an outstanding time at Brio!

It is truly a shame that I have to be the one saying this, but up until last Thursday this was one of my favorite Place to go for dinner or any family location as I said last Thursday My wife and her friend were sitting at the bar waiting For their table minutes went by and they called them to let them know that their table was ready. My wife forgot her sunglasses at the bar table and walked away right behind her was her friend. Her friend didn’t realize that there was a pair of glasses, not knowing or realize that those were my sunglasses. She kind glass to the bartender and said somebody left their sunglasses. I’m gonna give them to you. Hopefully they will realize and come back, the bartender Took them back and said to her no worries ma’am I will Make sure that they are put in a safe place. It’s been three days since my wife remember what happened with the glasses she called her friend to confirm and her friend remember exactly how she found those sunglasses and give them to the bartenders hands my wife went to the restaurant and kindly ask to talk to the manager and inform Her situation. The manager came and my wife explained what happened so the manager briefly made a phone call to the bartender that was there that night. She hung up quickly and said to my wife ma’am, my bartender said that he doesn’t know what you talking about and he has no sunglasses. So that’s when my wife was gonna ask the manager do you have a Lost and found box maybe someone put them there without even finish her sentence. The manager turn it around and walked away leaving my wife still talking still explaining still asking. The manager turning around and walked away and Never came back to talk to her again. I realize that the manager was on the phone talking to someone else but after waiting for 15 minutes and not getting a response from nobody, she decided to leave. Now, if anyone from sees my message, I want to make sure and clear that her sunglasses were not a very expensive brand in a meaningful gift from me to her. Trust me I would not be wasting my time here to leave This type of comments I really don’t wanna see this person anymore. I am so disappointed of how unprofessional this problem was taken care of and what hurts me. The most is that I won’t be back to a happy place that I thought it was once I the only person having this issue ever before here, but trust me it’s very uncomfortable to please know that you lost a...

I have always been happy with the service at Brio but lately something seems to be going awry. I had a 5 PM dinner reservation. Upon arrival which was a few minutes prior to 5 PM, we were greeted by 3 surly girls who would much rather continue their conversation than to address customers waiting to be seated. A few minutes later, we were escorted to our table and seated. Prior to the server arriving, a tray of beverages was spilled at our table shattering glasses and liquids over the floor area at our table. The staff was prompt in cleaning up the accident and apologized for the accident, which we completely understood. Here is the part that I cannot seem to comprehend. We placed our dinner and drink orders around 5:15 PM and let the server know we were on our way to a performance that began at 7 PM. The server did not indicate that there would be a long wait so we assumed we were fine with the dinner arrangements. At 6 PM not one meal was delivered nor did our server come to check on us. We reached out to another server who sent ours to our table. We expressed our concerns about the food not being ready and told her we would need to pay and leave without having dinner. The server told us she could bring out the kids’ meals but the remainder of the food items were not ready nor could she say when they would be ready. We found this to be odd since other parties who came in after us, had their food and were almost half way through their meals. The kids were able to eat while we paid for our items. At almost 6:30PM as we were paying, the meals were delivered leaving no time to eat. Needless to say, the adults in the party were disappointed, hungry, and cranky for the remainder of the evening. At the very least, I would have appreciated honesty from the staff indicating that there would be no way with a 5 PM reservation we would be able to have dinner and make a 7 PM performance and not eat like savages shoveling in food at the last minute. I have never been to a restaurant that has taken over an hour to...
