Let’s start with the drive-through. The call box is working, yet there’s a young lady outside before the call box creating longer lines. Why? Number two the young lady at the window did not verify my order. She only handed me my drink and said here. Number three I received my order incorrect. I proceeded to park and go in and let them know that my order was wrong and they corrected it. I asked for a manager at that point and the cashier turned around and said to someone behind him he’s asking for a manager.
The manager turns around looks at me and says “what’s up” and turns back around while filling an order. I stand there awkwardly as the employees look at me and turn around and look at him awkwardly, and we all stand there awkwardly, waiting for him to turn back around to finish talking to me. It was very bizarre, condescending and rude to say the least as he was not interested in anything I had to say.
About 15 seconds goes by and he turns back around and I continue to let him know why I was there to begin with. I proceeded to let him know that the young lady at the window did not verify my order and that was what created the issue with my order. The whole point of verifying the order at the window is to make sure that the representative and/or the customer did not make a mistake in the ordering before the order is fulfilled.
The employees at the counter were great. The employee at the window not so much, and the young lady outside taking orders is totally unnecessary because she is creating a longer line for a short drive-through window. They do not have a lot of real estate here to line up cars.
At the very least, the manager needs to be trained on respect and cordial behavior. By acknowledging the customer and facing them when you start a conversation, you remain in that position until the conversation is over is basic respect.
Showing concern for the customers complaints even if you have to fake it is part of the customer service experience. Not sure if the gentleman was having a bad day or what his problem was because he was surrounded by six employees so he wasn’t shortstaffed at the front counter. I might expect this type of behavior if they were busy, but they were not busy at all.
I visit Culver’s on a regular basis and most days I only eat at Culver’s or Chick-fil-A. I expect better service and better behavior hopefully in the future from this location and I hope the franchise owner does as...
Read moreWe're locals here in Naples, never before been at Culver's, but what a pleasant experience my wife and I had. To me they are THE BEST FAST FOOD BURGER. Forget McDonald, Burger King, Five Guys, Steak & Shake and all others around. CULVER'S IS THE KING of all fast food restaurants. After we finish our meal, I requested to speak to the manager. A young guy came out and ask me if I wanted to speak to a manager, I said yes, and he responded, how may I help you? I said, are you the manager, he responded, yes I am. I told him how good the food was and how please we were with quality of food and service. He complemented me with a Chocolate Shake and told me, next time you come, your meal is on me. Waaaaaooooo!!!!!. MICHAEL is the name of the manager, he is awesome and very polite. Thank you Michael, Great service, amazing food, consistent high quality experience, very nice outdoor seating and so much more! If you’re in the area - stop by!. We will definitely make CULVER'S our favorite fast food place to eat from now on, again my hat goes out to Michael, the manager of the store who made our experience even greater....
Read moreCulver’s in Naples is a solid go-to for comfort food with a consistently friendly vibe. The star of the show is definitely their ButterBurger—grilled to order with a perfect sear and that signature lightly buttered bun. The patties are juicy, and the toppings are fresh, making it one of the better fast-casual burgers around.
If you’re craving something a little different, the North Atlantic Cod Sandwich is surprisingly excellent—crispy, golden, and flaky inside. Their cheese curds are also a must-try: warm, gooey, and fried to perfection, they’re arguably better than fries (though their crinkle-cut fries hold their own too).
Of course, you can’t leave without a scoop (or two) of their fresh frozen custard. It’s creamier than ice cream and comes in a rotating flavor of the day. The concrete mixers are rich and customizable with a bunch of mix-ins.
Service is fast, staff are polite and efficient, and the dining area is always clean and welcoming. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the experience is...
