Not a great package store Did a tasting there, the manager dena walked around not only talking about me but her own STAFF! Lauren who works there justified doing narcotics. Not a good place in Narragansett, especially when it’s a wealthy town! So much spilled liquor there were nats flying by the samples. 🤢 Lauren a worker then processed to follow me outside and threaten me, yeah I said a rude comment to Dena, but you’re working you don’t follow customers outside. They’re over priced the same tasting I was doing there was about $6 dollars more then the sweenys store in Wakefield! They’re only 10 mini apart! Don’t waste your time, energy or money here. The way dena talked about her own staff was baffling! The old man hanging out Gin samples was trashed! Not a good look for such a nice town! Especially when you can drive 10 minutes down the street and get not only great prices but very great service in an environment that feels like home, also with no bugs...

The older clerk with white thinning hair called out loudly to a customer "there's the Village Idiot", watching the exchange I could tell the customer wasn't a friend and was especially put out by this, as they should have been. This was extremely rude and unprofessional but the younger clerks thought it was funny as your employees all had a good laugh at your customer expense... What happened to customer service and politeness? Is this the kind of business you run? You can rest assured that your clerks actions lost you at least two customer tonight. Read moreOvercharged me and the manager ghosted me for multiple weeks and still has not dealt with the problem. I bought a twelve pack of beer and they charged me $85. I think someone pocketed the cash. I have called five times. She has given me no call back. By letting this happen it shows she doesn't care about her customers, does not care if her staff steals from customers (or if they just accidentally scanned something on the counter) she doesn't care enough to train them right.
