PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!!! The manager was absolutely disrespectful!! I was here yesterday shopping with my mom for Veterans Day weekend because she was looking for specific makeup products such as lipgloss in a tube bottle that you can twist at the bottom and the lipstick comes out and etc. So my mother needed my help looking for the specific products she wanted, per usual, since target is such a big store. So I was opening a lipstick lid off to see if it was twistable on the bottom and I put some on my hand to check if it was glossy too and I did put some on the display to see how it looked like too since I, a guy, who does not know much about makeup products decided to do what girls usually do when they try out a product by testing it out. So when I put some lipstick on the display shelf the whole lipstick broke off by accident. I threw the broken lipstick part into the shelf right next to the lipstick shelf and put the cover back into its original spot since I got scared. I got my hands dirty from the lipstick so I tried finding a bathroom but I ran into my mom whereas the manager approached me and asked me if I stole “it” and told me that he “saw” me steal it. I asked the manager who’s name was Tom D, what I exactly “stole”. He kept asking me if I stole anything and I said no. I knew he was playing dumb with me and told me he “caught everything on camera”. He still refused to answer what I stole exactly. So I thought he must’ve saw me holding another makeup product which was foundation in a small box where I had to leave the makeup aisle since I was checking the price at the price check machine for my mom. Being off topic a little, I wasn’t wearing a uniform to the store but instead I wore a hoodie and sweatpants with a beanie on since NH is freezing. He must’ve thought what I was wearing looked suspicious so he decided to target me instead. He then walked away and my mom knew that I was trying to help her and she knows I would never steal anything, as a U.S. Army enlistment, who will be leaving home soon. My mother knew I felt offended because I as a person/soldier have morals and values and I always accept my personal responsibilities, actions and disciplines. My mother got really angry at Tom of how he disrespected me and accused me of doing something I would never do and she did cause a small scene. We didn’t get kicked out or banned but instead we walked ourselves out of the store. Me, my family, friends and any other people I know will no longer be shopping at this location ever again regardless of the no sales tax in NH. Thanks for making my Veteran Days weekend an unforgettable...
Read moreWorst experience I have had at any Target. I had 4 orders for drive up pick up. I arrived at the store when they were ready and indicated via the app I had arrived for all 4 orders (I like the option of the drive up because I have a 2 year old and 1 year old and it’s a lot easier than lugging them inside). The employee came out with the bags and I asked him specifically if he had all 4 orders. He said yes and put everything in my trunk. I drove 40 minutes to my home in MA and unpacked everything and realized an entire order was missing. I then called the store and asked for the items to be canceled because I wasn’t about to pack my kids up again and drive 40 minutes back to Nashua. The associate said she could not cancel the items or give me a refund because they were labeled as “picked up”. I explained (again) that they were not picked up and the associate never gave them to me. She said she did not have the ability to issue a refund (which I have a hard time believing). The only solution was for me to drive back up to Nashua and go inside to pick up my items. So not only could they not issue a refund, they could not bring them out to my car, which totally eliminates the point of the drive up pick up which I originally selected. So I drive all the way back up with my kids and lug them inside. The (different) associate was apologetic and then gave me the items in the order. I walked back out to my car and realized an item was missing. So I turn around with my kids and go back into the store for a third time. After waiting behind 3 people another associate helped me and said he would go look for the missing item. He was gone for 20 seconds and told me they didn’t actually have said item. So I asked for a refund. I asked him if it was in the back in another bag and he said no (even though he didn’t look). So I guess, if I did do drive up pick up) they would have charged me for the item even though they didn’t have it.
I was not offered a coupon or any kind of compensation for dealing with this disaster. Instead, they made it MORE difficult for me by having me go into the store and giving me an...
Read moreFeedback on Poor Drive-Up Service Experience
Dear Store Manager or Customer Service,
I wanted to share my recent experience at your Target Nashua NH regarding the drive-up service. This was my first time using this location for pickup, and unfortunately, it will be my last.
I recently had surgery, which is why I opted for the drive-up service. When I arrived, I checked in through the app and entered my parking spot number, expecting a smooth pickup. However, I waited for 15 minutes before an employee finally came out—only to inform me that the drive-up service was closed due to the storm. What was frustrating is that they walked all the way out to tell me this without bringing my order or offering any assistance. If the service was closed, why wasn’t there a notification in the app before I arrived?
I then went inside and saw several employees standing at the front, laughing and not actively helping customers. When I asked if the cart full of items near them contained my order, their response was, “If you know what you bought, then they must be yours.” That was completely unprofessional. As a former retail worker, I understand the importance of proper training, and this experience showed a clear lack of it.
Later that day, I went to the Lowell, MA location, and despite the storm, their drive-up service was open. The staff there were respectful and efficient, as always. This comparison highlights the need for better training and management at his location.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure customers receive the service...
