I live less than a mile from this lication so naturally this is my "go-to!" The employees are all very nice and helpful. I actually feel sorry for them because they have to constantly tell people we dont have this or we dont have that. I go at least 5 times a week and every time at this location they are out of bacon egg bites, bacon gouda sandwichs, banana bread, and im sure many more items. Its not fun going with intention of filling your order then leaving with things you did not want. I tell myself everytime i go back that "this time will be different and they will have my needs" well it always fails.. So today i spoke to a "shift manager" about this and they tell me its the warehouses mess ups and all the starbucks are having this same difficulties. I instantly new i was being fed BS because i work next to one and always have these items. .. So i left and called the starbucks couple miles up tbe road in merrimack and they had every item i needed in stock. Bottom line this is unacceptable for a company this big and a company that charges the price you pay for quality. This in my eyes falls directly on the store manager who is in charge of putting in the correct orders based on stores previous sales. Should be over stocked not under stocked. Someone is very incompetent and needs to be trained better...
Read moreI do enjoy this location as a whole, and I visit almost daily. They’re usually pretty good at getting my espresso right the first time, and having great attitudes to boot. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case for the past two weeks.
Constant orders being wrong, or improperly made. I have been ordering the same 2 drinks for the past 5 years (White Mocha and a Flat White) and lately when ordering they have been very bitter, which tells me the espresso has been left to sit too long, resulting in a burnt taste. Additionally, they seem to negate the flavorings of my drink altogether. I’ve noticed a pattern with these issues though.
Avoid having your drinks made by the fella “Ollie”. He is the main reason as to why my orders have been wrong for the past 2-3 weeks, and is the sole reason for my review not being the highest. He was very cold and unresponsive when I politely asked that my drinks be re-made, and not only does he portray a poor attitude, he re-makes them in the same incorrect way.

Read moreEvery single time I go to this Starbucks I feel like a burden. A few employees have been rude, completely rude! Where did customer service go. The employees act like you are the reason they hate their life. I spend 20 a day at Starbucks but I work hard for my money. Tonight was the last straw for me. I always try to be as nice as possible but this store is the rudest I’ve experienced! I have waited with no one else in line while three workers are in there, for ten minutes, just at the window at 7 at night for two drinks. Iced coffee and refresher. Do you think they are doing this on purpose? Yes, I’ve asked to speak to the manager to be blown off.
I will not spend my money or put myself into this situation where the employees are taking advantage and bullying customers. I’m done!
My advice, customer service training. If I stop going because the way you treat me I can promise you I am not the only one. Starbucks is not larger than life it’s a luxury and the people that spend their money supporting your business shouldn’t be bullied and should be treated...
