⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐜 𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐮𝐚! This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had—and it was all thanks to Haley!
After visiting what felt like 𝘩𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘴 of furniture stores and sitting on way too many couches, we wandered into the Lovesac location at Pheasant Lane Mall on a rainy Saturday, unsure of what to expect. We were immediately greeted with a friendly "hello" from Haley. Having dealt with pushy salespeople everywhere else, we were hesitant to really engage. But Haley was different. She gave us the perfect amount of space and time to explore without pressure, and when we were ready, she stepped in naturally to answer our many questions.
Haley was super helpful in guiding us through designing our dream Sactional setup and putting together a quote, but she never once made us feel like she was just there to "make the sale." In fact, she followed up with us over the next few weeks—not to push us, but to check in, let us know about promotions we might want to take advantage of, and to see if we had found a better alternative yet. THAT is what sold us! Haley’s approach was genuine and customer-focused, not commission-driven. We felt like she truly cared about helping us make the best decision for 𝘶𝘴.
After a few more visits to test out the couches and sacs again (because, let’s be real, it’s hard to leave those things!), we finally decided to make the investment. And guess what? Haley greeted us by name the moment we walked in the door, which was the cherry on top of this already amazing experience.
Haley, you are the reason we pulled the trigger! Thank you for your patience, expertise, and for treating us like real people, not just potential buyers. You made this whole process feel easy, fun, and stress-free. We’re so excited for our new Sactional and movie sac to arrive, and we’ll definitely be back for more!
Bottom line: if you’re heading to Lovesac, ask for Haley! She’s a game changer. We don’t even have the couches yet, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit with her!

Sam April, a brilliant college student, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, without putting pressure on us. She spent a great deal of time, patiently answering all of our questions. Sam showed us several furniture arrangements, and went through the wide selection of quality fabrics and colors available. We were also introduced to the “surround sound experience” while viewing a snippet of a Jurassic Park movie! We could “feel” every footstep! I also had the privilege of meeting the store manager, Wayne Jennings. After peppering him with questions, it was clear that he was a man of honesty and integrity. He wanted to assist me, without being pushy. He said he views himself as, “not a salesman, but a problem solver.” He truly wants to be sure that the customer “gets what works for them.” Customers are quick to register complaints much more than they might take the time to give positive feedback. The other woman there who was clearly more knowing what to do was doing something kn the computer and seemed more interested in what she was doing then helping him with the troubles he was having in completing my transaction. She never made eye contact with me, even after sending him off to help someone else while she finished me. All the while there were half drinken bottles of water on the counter which made it awkward to place anything on the counter. They were never removed.
