The workers here are not helpful & disrespectful, my family & I love lulu but this store was terrible. We tried to return something because it had a security magnet thing on it and the clothing ripped so we brought it back and they said that we cannot return it. We went back online to the online chat and we got a hold of somebody and they gave us our money back and we get to return the clothing and we get another so not really sure why no help was made...

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful every time I go in! They make sure I find the products I am looking for and give suggestions for new products I ask about. I went into the store the day it first opened , every worker there was very nice specially the manager Paige and the person in the fitting rooms if I recall correctly her name was Ariel she had red hair , she got me a different size for a pair of pants I was searching for, she even wrote my name correctly because she actually asked me how was it spelled I loved the experience and I will be back...
