I just had the most frustrating experience I have ever had shopping at this store. I spotted a 65% off sign at a Disney princess stand. There was no “exclusions” and no indications if the sign was referring to 1 product or the whole stand. So I approached a couple of associates that were close to the area and asked which items were 65% off. The first one said she didn’t know and the second one offered to walk back with me to the sign and check it out. After reading all the letters and numbers on the bottom of the sign she told me the sign was for the whole stand and it would reflect on the check out. I was really excited, so I called my 8 years old little sister and let her pick whatever she wanted (65% off, right?). She picked about 10 different toys and I selected a few more for myself and to give out as Christmas gift. I spent about 40 minutes selecting merchandising to buy. When I took it to the register, I was glad who was going to assist me was going to be the first associate, who heard my question and maybe the answer I received from the second one. When I handed the products to her and asked about the 65% off, she was incredibly rude, saying “the other girl doesn’t work for me and she doesn’t know anything” because only dresses were on sale and not toys. Well, why didn’t she tell me the correct information in the first place then? She let me spend 40 minutes inside the store, selecting over 15 products only to tell me later, it wasn’t a part of the sale in a very disrespectful and humiliating way, like I was supposed to know the prices. Me and my husband were just in chock hearing the way she spoke to me. Never...
Read moreI went to Macy's this tuesday and had the worst experience I have ever had at any retail store... After I was done shopping I proceeded to go to the register and waited just like everyone else. The line wasn't very long to begin with so at this time there was only one person in front of me and one person behind me when a lady(with no name tag) came up to the line and rudely looked me and my friend up and down and then looked at the lady behind us and asked her if she was allset with her things and told her she could check her out at another register. I wouldn't of cared if she had just taken the other customer and checked her out but it was the look that she had given us like we weren't good enough to be there, I have never felt so unwanted and disrespected at a store like this before. I checked out and ended going back to the department to get that lady's name, I then asked another associate who was working in the same department as I pointed to the the rude lady asking her name and she then tried to tell me she didn't know her name and couldn't give it to me so at this point I just left the store. I called shortly after we left just to talk to the manager about my bad experience there not wanting this to happen to anyone else. When we first called we were hung up on and then they said that they would call us back as soon as they could... I waited 24 hours and never got a call back. I did finally get a hold of someone today a lady named Trish who was very nice but really felt like she did nothing about the situation... End of story I will never go back to that store nor will I ever recommend this...
Read moreBad experience. Waste of time. awful customer service. 1- I'm carrying a baby and went to Lancome I wanted to use the bday coupons so I asked the lady at lancome to put my order together to pay for it and use my coupon ( order of lancome and some clothes) the lady said she's not suppose to do that. she can only take orders for cosmetics, I told her then bring the lancome stuff and I can pay in a different registry all together she said no I can't bring the lancome items somewhere else. I don't understand why they make it so difficut. I told her never mind I wasn't going to buy from lancome and I went to the customer service to pay there for the clothes. there was only 1 person in the line applying for a credit card it took like 10 mins (only 1 caster there and someone else just watching) I went to the other registry also applying for something and taking forever. I walked around a bit and came back to first registry customer service the person was still there trying to write something on the signature pad. my question is why didn't the cashier multitask and use the other registry to help me in the meantime? It would have being quicker, but of course not. This people is just lazy and don't care. I hope they can hire better people because like that there are loosing business. after wasting my whole hour I just left and didn't buy a thing. will not go there anymore. it's ridiculous. I end...
