The store was really big and really well stocked and had a variety of things. The thing that's good what Michaels is that they have a little bit of everything. They have baking / cooking supplies, supplies for different art projects, fabric for sewing, and even yarn if you're into knitting. For the most part you can find what you need but if you're looking for something really specific you may need to go to a specialty store. I came here looking for Fabrics for a quote that I'm working on, but since they don't specialize in that they didn't have much in terms of selection. But they are not a fabric specialty store so I was already pretty surprised that they would have any fabric at all. In terms of price everything goes really well price at Michaels and you can even get coupons online. Also there's always good amount of staff to help answer your questions or to help you locate a product that you can find on your own. I am always surprised buy things I come across in the store. They always seem to be expanding their selection so you can always find something new. They also bring in products according to the season. Had a bad experience today, I went to Michael’s to find $10 valentine grab bags and finally found it. The employee named Meg seemed extremely annoyed of me when I first walked in and picking out the boxes. She approached me rudely and said “are you looking for a specific item?” I said “yeah im looking for valentine boxes.” Then she continued to say that most boxes were valentines and most Christmas stuff are sold out. So I ended purchasing one box on each corner (2 boxes). I went to the car to open them and noticed one weren’t a valentine box. Went back to complain and she told the lady next to her something different then what she told me. Atleast the lady was being SPECIFIC on which side were the valentines and Christmas boxes. Purchased a few items in store as well as did a buy online pick up in store. The store was great, very clean and well organised and accurately signed. I did have a lot of problems placing my online order though. Their website is not very user friendly and it took me 35 minutes to order 3 products. If it weren't for the sale prices I got that were only available online I would have rather shopped the store. Also their coupons which say includes sale prices did not in fact actually include sale prices. Overall I would recommend the store over their website unless you can get major saving as I did.
