I have known Debbi (the owner) for over 14 years when I met her at her first studio in Chelmsford,ma. She is not only an amazing painter she knows the ins and outs of the ceramics world!!! She will help anyone do anything. The entire staff is a great big family and work together to make everyone's experience the best it can be. We can help anyone make just about anything! And they have seen Everything over the years!!! Great place, great people! I have seen Everything from kids birthdays to 80th birthdays, bachelorette, company team outings, lady's nights out., we can even come to your school or company, and anything you can think up!! Reluctantly brought my daughter here over Christmas break and was extremely impressed at all Angles! The staff was extremely friendly. The options for projects to paint was EXTREMELY EXTENSIVE! There was truly something for everyone!! Everything in the place was well maintained, the staff was diligent with cleaning practices as well as their eagerness to help. The paint displays and storage area were all so well organized. I was truly impressed with the entire experience. We will definitely return, perhaps even for a birthday party in their separate party space.

Reservations are not required but I would suggest it on weekends...

I have been here a few times and every time was terrible. The same lady was rude every time. She said my baby couldn’t do a hand print well - I proved her wrong. Then I had a gift certificate and she wouldn’t give me change... instead she told me to purchase a water. Are you kidding me? I don’t want water I want my change... that’s stealing if you don’t give my change back. Then when I picked up my items she couldn’t find it and obviously didn’t care to even look. She kind of rolled her eyes and said it’s not here. Eventually she tried a little harder and found it. Horrible experience and I won’t ever...
