the manager there is the least helpful and rudest person i’ve met to date. i came in to exchange jewelry that was opened when i bought it at another location and the manager would not give me a refund. Yesterday I went to the Spencer's location in the mall and I received excellent customer service. The young woman who helped me was very friendly and helpful and I only wish I had gotten her name so I could share that here. I will go back to this Spencer's location.
