Talbots — Local services in Nashua

I selected a navy blazer online, was able to enter a code number for a discount, without any problem, and I was able to save on shipping by picking up the blazer at the local Talbot’s store at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH. Within 30 minutes of placing my order online, I received an email saying the item was ready for pickup

When I visited the store, I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee of the store, asking if she could help me. Another woman, named Ashley, gave me the bag that held my blazer. I mentioned that I wanted to try it on to make sure it was the right size and fit. Ashley directed me to the mirrors in the store, as well as the mirrors in the dressing room, where I would be able to see the back of the garment.

Once I was satisfied with the purchase, I asked Ashley whether the pockets in the blazer were ‘real’ pockets. She proceeded to show me how to disengage the threads to open the pockets for use as ‘real pockets.’

All in all, a positive experience from ordering the blazer online, to picking it up in the store, on the same day. My thanks to both Talbot employees for making me feel welcomed in the store.
