I love your clothing but unfortunately I'm very disappointed with a recent experience. I ordered a package and it came later than it was supposed to, so I ended up having to get an outfit for my event elsewhere - no big deal I understand processing and shipping delays can happen. The outfit had arrived at my house late last night so this morning I went to the store to return it and was told that I was past the 14 days. I'm just a bit confused how this could be part of your policy?
