If I could give it 0 stars I would, I came up there a day ago and literally nobody was inside to make or take orders, prior to that I came up there a couple days before that incident happened and there was a sweet lady in the window named Brittany, I said hey just like me, she was the only one who showed up and showed up on time and with the order I had she did an awesome job from taking my order, making my order and also asking me if I needed condiments, she’s the sweetest and her smile and customer service is what makes a person want to come back, she literally got my big order out in three min by herself only in the store, I’ve been there with 3 people working and it took them over 20 min, Brittany was pleasant and my food was fresh, when I came up there Friday morning to see that beautiful smile again her General manager was being very ugly and very vulgar towards her and seeing her cry and leave it broke my heart, I ONLY STARTED COMING BACK TO LOCATION BECAUSE OF MS BRITTANY, what ever y’all are paying her you need to pay her more and the GENERAL MANAGER should be fired for how he treated and talked to her, she deserves better, me and a couple of others have agreed not to ever come back to that location until we see MS....
Read moreWhat a nightmare today! Drive thru line around the building, so i waited at stall 12 for 5 minutes after pushing the red button. After no answer I opened my Sonic App and placed my order to be delivered to my stall. 15 minutes later the screen is still showing "in the kitchen" I ordered 4 drinks, mozzarella sticks and a double sonic burger. I called the store. No answer. By this time the drive thru line was gone so I pulled up to the speaker and without me saying anything I was told that their system was down and I would have to come back another time. I explained that I had already ordered and PAID! I was instructed to pull up to the winder where I was told that the ice cream machine was GONE, not broken, but gone and I couldn't get a milk shake. I told them a substitute . When I was given my burger, it was made wrong, and when I told them it was entered in the app correctly I was told my the attendant not to get an attitude and she walked away. Cool added my card and paid well i get to the drive thru. Tell the chick my name and she said pull forward . Well the grille cook comes out at 1028 and proceeded to tell me he already cleaned the grille and they will refund my money which will take 3 to 4 business days. The audacity and the laziness of the employees at this location is pathetic. Id hate to see how he would be in a real kitchen cooking and a table walks in 5 mins before close and you still gotta cook even though you cleaned your grille . The fact he decided to close his grille down 40 mins before close is ridiculous especially seeing that even the icecream machine was broken.
