Watch battery died, I took the battery out by removing 4 small screws on the back and took it to batteries and bulbs. They were out of the battery and sent me to this jewelry store. They said it was $10 whether they install it or not. I bought the battery and decided on the way home to have them put the 4 tiny screws back in since I had already paid for the labor. When I went back with the watch, battery and screws, he decided he wanted an additional $10 to put the screws in because he didn't take them out.
