I’ve been here a few times. This is a place that I really enjoyed their cheese enchiladas. It’s hard to find good enchiladas, so I tried theirs and really enjoyed it. However, my last experience I was so disappointing because not only was the service bad, but they messed my food up 3 times. It could have been such an easy fix but they just couldn’t get it right. I asked for cheese enchiladas. The first time they brought out beef, that wasn’t a big deal for me cause it seemed like an easy fix. The second time my cheese enchiladas came out, when I cut into it the cheese was raw. Like they didn’t cook it at all on the inside. So when I showed them they seemed a little upset that I was sending it back, but they took it back to heat it up. They sent back the same plate and the first enchilada looked done. However, when I cut open the other enchilada it was raw. At that point my family was done with their food, and it seemed pointless to remake it. So I showed them and the waiter just blew it off. No manager came to me to try to fix it, no one said anything, and I was completely disregarded. They took it off the check and I’m greatful for that because I didn’t even get one bite. But I’m so disappointed that they would even serve it to me like like to begin with. Also them getting upset at me for sending something back that was out of my control was very...
Read moreGood food but worst service ever. I am an OTR truck driver and entered this place at about 10 pm on 1/5/18. It was still about 30 mins before they closed. The waiter stood by my table and didn't even ask for my order just stared at me. I asked for jalapeno in my Pico da Gallo and he brought me a whole one. He did the same when I asked for lime. Brought the whole lime and a knife. Spoke to the manager when leaving and asked how he was doing, he acted like it was a bother to even acknowledge me. Asked for a refill on my drink and they brought it after my meal which was about 10 to 15 mins. As a truck driver, I have been to some questionable places and some bad service, this will definitely go on my list of places never again. I'm an easy going guy and easy to please. When you walk in the door of this place, you immediately feel unwelcome. Left a strong feeling that they don't like to serve people unlike themselves. I will never support these people again and I come thru here about 15 times a month, I will save that money for an establishment that appreciates it. The staff here also needs to realize that some people do understand what "punta" means and they don't need to refer to their...
Read moreWe were so hungry we forgot to take photos, sorry about that.
We ordered:
Torta ahogada Burrito especial de pastor Steak taco Taco de tripa XX amber beer (tall).
It was huge! Meat had good flavor, but the bread is not the one for torta ahogada. Tomato sauce was good, but it didn't have the spicy sauce with it, Torta ahogada is also served with onion marinated in lime juice, but this torta was lacking that.
Meat had good flavor, very tasty. Too much pineapple to my taste. The plate seemed huge with all the lettuce on top, but the burrito was actually small. Good thing they have the spicy tomatillo sauce to put on top.
Meat was good, tortillas had a weird flavor (kind of like when you smell gas from the kitchen) , and they were kind of soggy. My kid is picky, so this taco was only meat and tortilla.
It was good, a little more time on the griddle would make it even better.
Beer was good and huge! Cold and good. But the size scared me at first 😁
Overall service was good, all the meats had good flavor, is just the presentation and some details on bread and tortillas that need some work.
We were just passing by on our way to VA, and the...
