Krystal — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I ordered the Double Krystal combo plain with just meat/cheese only (Medium Fry/Medium Tea). Once I pulled around to the drive thru and received my order - they gave me the wrong size fry (after being told by one person it was a medium and another that it was a small. After fixing that mistake, I proceeded to leave. Thankfully I decided to check the burgers next to make sure they were right as the receipt didn't reflect what I had ordered after I told the employee my order and then she repeated it. As I checked the burgers to make sure they were plain as I requested, that wasn't the case. The lady at the drive thru just looked clueless/lost at the fact that "Well I must have given you the wrong order (but charged me the correct amount. Anyways the gentleman working the food prep area took care of things for me and made the order correct.

However before pulling off he just took a big bite out of a sandwich in the food prep area then decided to prep my food (so gross and unhealthy indeed). At least he did put on gloves but didn't even wash his hands.

The food quality was definitely not great but at least the order was finally right after the big ordeal of going back through the drive thru a second time. Will not be returning to this location....

Saturday 6-25-22 @ 6:20pM at the location: 6940 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209 the guy working the drive thru was rude and interrupted us and didn't understand the proper ways to take a simple order. We came there once on the way to the airport and flustered drove away to ensure my family made their flight on time. We came back on the way back and tried making the same order once more and the same guy with annoying cocky remarks was at the window again. We mentioned considering reporting him to corporate and his response was hallelujah. My wife had been through this location three days ago and got the nicer employee, she was excited to share this experience today with us just to have it all ruined by a bad employee that could care less about any negative experiences he creates for return...

So I get off work around 11. I ordered 5 Krystal chicks. Well the chicks are on the 5 for $5.55. I get to the window to pay and she rang up the order full retail price for all 5 chicks instead of giving me the deal. When I asked her to change the order she said she wouldn't and that it was my fault I didn't specify that I wanted the deal when I ordered and she didn't have to change the order. Then she said it had to be a manager to change the order. I said I would wait. Then she threatened to call metro cops if I wouldn't leave.yes folks, it escalated that fast. I didn't know Krystal handbook tells employees to threaten customers with law enforcement if that employee simply doesn't want to do their job. Very disappointed and I would love a call from a Krystal rep or manager if you want...
