I entered the building for takeout on my lunch break for myself and one coworker. There was one customer in front of me in line. When I approached the register, the cashier was busy talking to the other people behind the counter to hear me correctly. I had asked for 2 cajun chicken sandwich combos. She had to ask me a few other questions like "Did you say two?" and "Did you want two fries?". After I paid I made the mistake of not looking at the receipt, so that was on me, as she rang me for two biscuits. I left the building without checking to make sure I had the right sandwiches in the bag, and I made the mistake of not trying one of the fries that were on top. As my lunch break only allows a quick jaunt from my office each day, I don't have time to return to correct the issue. My coworker ate his, but I just gave my biscuit to someone else, as I am in no mood for a biscuit at noon. I was planning on just eating my fries, but they tasted incredibly old and stale. I choked mine down, but my coworker just threw his away. As a side note, I personally think the sweet tea is a little weak, and could probably use a...
Read moreI want to say thank you to the ladies that are keeping this place going. They have a system of taking and then preparing the order which makes it seem like you wait a long time but it really just divides the wait. Instead of taking 30 orders then struggling to fill them they take 1 to 3 orders, fill them, then take another set. The other staff had a nice rapport going on but without it distracting from their actual work, with none of the standing around and complaining that you tend to see at fast food places. I drove almost 20 minutes there to get my wife her beloved steak biscuit and I'm glad I did... keep up the good...
Read moreI had a hard day today. Being a nurse I completly understand and sympathize with being short staffed. I pulled up yesterday it 5pm and realized they closed early due to staffing shoratges. Had a hard day today and just didn't have the energy to cook for myself so I made my way over right at 445. As soon as I could get there. The man at drive-through apologized and told me they were closed early due to staffing. I told him I knew this and this is why I came before 5 but I underatood. He said pull around and loaded me with chicken and biscuts and apologized again for closing earlier than posted. He did not charge me even thought I tried to pay. I did not get his name but it was and older genteleman with a hat on with a southern accent and a trimmed beard. This made my entire day! It really is the little things! I would give 100 stars...
