Our salesperson was great, paperwork says her name is Ev. 5āļø for her, we loved her. We went twice and bought a total of around $12-15K worth of furniture. I was on vacation when the first delivery took place, so my kids were there for the delivery and I completely forgot to give them tip money for the guys and the kids didnāt know better. I always tip well so I felt terrible when the guys came back out and I realized I had neglected to do that before, so I sent my husband to the atm to get $100 tips for these guys and $200 for the one who said heād been on the first delivery. There were three delivery guys, they took up my sonās bedrails and two nightstands that weighed maybe 20 lbs each. Then there was this long pause of them doing nothing⦠until I get a call from the manager (?). He tries to tell me that two of his guys āhave severe pet allergiesā and would not be delivering anymore into the house (We have two morkies -tiny dogs- that were locked up out of sight the entire time. They barked but never once came out). He said it was nothing about our pets he just āwould hate for my guys to need an EpiPen.ā This was a complete fabrication and Iām sure anyone reading this will find that obvious as well. Youāre telling me you send 3 guys, 2 of which coincidentally have āsevere pet allergiesā to deliver furniture to peopleās homes when 70% of households in America have pets?? No, itās a bold faced lie. It was because it was hot (it was - hence the hefty tips) and your delivery guys are lazy (& your manager too I guess, since he excused this insubordination). How convenient that TWO of the three have this allergy, so we couldnāt suggest the one sit it out while the others finish the job! It was a full truck of furniture and most if not all of it was ours. They took up the 3 lightest items and left the rest in our garage. I wish with all of my heart I couldāve just told them to take it all back and to then go give someone else our business, but we had a ton of construction going on at the house as well, and needed the furniture right then - oh, and we had already waited an entire MONTH for this delivery! (Funny how that frustration had taken a backseat after this BS.) We did get our delivery fees back, and I gave my kids the $100 tips. Yāall got my business this time unfortunately, but we will never be back (& we still have more rooms to buy furniture for). If you shop there, have Ev take care of you, but do your own delivery, because their delivery guys are lazy,...

I ordered it on a Friday and it was delivered the following Wednesday. Everyone Iāve had contact with from the company was amazing! The delivery guys put it all together the way I asked and also were camos when carrying it up my steps from hell (19 extremely steep, and not a large width. Itās to soft and more than I could have ever expected it to be. Iām about to start working from home and it has created the perfect place to sit comfortable throughout my shifts! It has more pillows than I need but I can change those seasonally, theyāre also very comfortable. Most couch pillows I find are extremely stiff for my liking, but these are perfect and were included with the couch! I canāt express how satisfied I am with this purchase especially because I found it on Facebook marketplace place, I was worried it was a scam but I will definitely confirm it was not a scam! The cup holder part also has a deep storage spot which itās a plus for my household thereās not a lot of places to put things at my 1 bedroom apartment!    Read moreIf I could give this store 6 stars I would. I was so pleased with the superior service that myself and my fiancé received. Not only did they give us a great deal on a great couch, they offered to hold onto it for over 3 weeks for free while we completed the purchase of our new home.
Secondly, on the day of pickup, they called me way in advance to report that during the 3 week hold the couch somehow starting squeaking when you sit in one location of the sectional. They offered to fully refund our money if we chose not to keep the couch and they would give us a huge discount on another piece of furniture in their store. Or if we chose to keep the couch they offered a 40% discount due to the mishap. We ended up keeping the couch since the sound wasn't too bad. I can't say enough how much I appreciate the advanced notice and the transparency showcased by these guys. If I myself, or friends/family are in the market for a new piece of furniture, I will be telling them they should go here above all other places. Their service is top notch.
