If a manager provides a reasonable response, I’ll make this a five star review. Went to see Leonid and Friends. Sold out show. Place was packed. Many people standing. But they do not guarantee a seat, so that’s ok. The band and sound quality was awesome. Now the problems.

Lining up- People arrived hours before the show, two lines formed in opposite directions around the building. Nobody from the venue came out and corrected this until people had waited a long time. Then they told people in one line that they needed to go to END of other line. Put out signs directing people!

Food-It took 25 minutes for someone to take our order, 1 hour and 15 minutes for food to arrive. My beer was warm and parts of my order never arrived. But I was charged for all of it. I just paid anyway, cause correcting a bill that arrived at the very end of the show seemed pointless. Management: limit your menu selections on sold out nights. You’ll get food out faster and no one comes for the food anyway. If you’re having staffing issues, make an announcement before show starts and adapt to what you can handle.

Seating- when sold out, you expect to share your table with people you don’t know. One couple refused to share the two extra chairs at their table. A guy asked if his elderly parents could sit there, the couple refused. Management was contacted, they came over, but did nothing. The two chairs sat empty until halfway through the show when the couple left (odd). Management: be more firm about this. Nobody should get to prevent others from sitting in unused seats.

Check in- kind of slow. a guy crossing names off a paper list with a pencil. Get some technology and scan a guest’s phone or ticket.

This is a cool venue, and if they fix these easy things, it’ll make this...

I was for Journey tribute band 5/25. The place was pack. Found a spot to stand near bar was told by the male bartender to move off corner for orders coming in. Moved to the other side where a guy was standing also and again told to move off corner. A few minutes later a couple stood in the exact spot I was told to move. They stayed there the whole night. I even asked the guy if he was told to move and he said nope. Why was he not told to move. My theory was I didn’t purchase a drink. Didn’t want one at that time I purchased one later in the evening.

Second we sat down in seats that were reserved planning to get up when they arrived. They sat empty for a good hour. Met by a male waiter that said we had to move it was reserved. We said we know was going to leave when they showed up not sure where to stand. We’ve bought tickets also and not sure exactly where to stand his response is you should have got here earlier to can’t sit there. Then pointed where we could stand.

Yes we didn’t get there at 6:00 but all customers should be treated with the same respect.

On a high note a female waitress was quite considerate. She tried to find us a seat (with no luck) and said she would take care of us whenever we were ready. She went above and beyond and did an excellent job serving us. We thanked her for courtesy and told her about our previous experience with the bar...

I would love to give this place 5 starts but let's start with the fact that we bought tickets for our son's 25th birthday. He's such a music fan. We got there about 10 minutes behind the reservation time and they told us to just find a spot, in which they're weren't shy. Then some walkins who didn't buy tickets in advance came in behind us and the guy at the door told them the same spill. Why bother buying in advance when you can't get a reserved seat. We ended up in the top level in a hole that looked like it was meant for a janitors closet. We were shoved so far back that we couldn't enjoy the show. Elbow to elbow with complete strangers would be easier with drinks but that didn't happen either. We had the worst service, granted it was super busy and he had alot to take care of but it's still not ok to spill drinks all over us then break a glass while almost spilling food as well. This guy was meant for different things. So my advice with this place is go early early early and refuse to sit anywhere near a janitors cubby hole upstairs. Maybe you'll get better service. Now moving on to the show. AMAZING!!A wonderful experience to hear some excellent talent. The music was so good. The host was very funny and attentive to the birthdays that are was around in the main area. Stick to that area in front of the stage. Go early and get a decent waitress and...

Great venue with fantastic service. The menu is better than average for a bar/music venue and everything is priced fairly. The show sounded great, but wasn't too loud that you couldn't still talk with the other people at your table. It isn't your typical venue, but in a good way. It is all seated at tables, instead of standing room. The tables are first come first serve, so get there early if you have a big party and you want to sit together. Do know, especially if it's sold out show, it is the type of place where you will be sitting with other people not in your party if there are empty seats at your table, but honestly it just adds to the experience being able to socialize a bit with those around you. In my opinion, out of courtesy, when attending s show, be sure to tip the server even if you don't eat or drink a lot or at all. They make money based off of the people seated in their section, and they lose money off of customers who don't tip... It's similar to going to a restaurant and taking up a servers table, but not eating or leaving a tip... Just my 2 cents. Also, be sure to get tickets online, even though it's not small, they can and do sell out before the show, so don't depend on getting tickets the day of at the venue. Re-entry is allowed for those who smoke or vape, just no beverages outside.
