Living in a town full of tourists can be frustrating. Especially if you work in the service industry. After a long day/night of serving food and alcohol to bachelorette parties, and people who come to Nashville decked out in cowboy boots, and a cowboy hat, you want to relax and unwind in a low key local bar. Batters box gives you the familiar dive bar feel and prices with out disappointing you with crappy service and limited wine beer and spirit options. My only complaint is their juke box is limited based on the owners preference. Also the pizza definitely tasted better than you would expect. The bartender vanished for a solid 10 minutes, leaving me to wonder if they’d been smoked out too. Service was as absent as fresh air. I smelled like an ashtray for days, my clothes are still holding a grudge. Proceed with caution unless you’re auditioning for a role as a...
