I’m going to leave an honest review. I do believe these are good folk but my first experience was passively hostile and left a bad review in my mouth. Tried to purchase a couch and matching ottoman. Both featured/still visible on the FB page (via Marketplace). Started discussion with Phil, both available (I was a few days out from having the funds). 2 days later, with funds ready – I tried to coordinate the sale/pick up. Both items still visible online (I checked & checked, I was ready to buy!) but Phil was not answering & didn’t answer for two days. On day 3, Phil replied to tell me the ottoman was sold. Disappointed, I tried to feed back that the inventory on Marketplace had this showing still available, that I was now three days into trying to connect (during which time he sold part of what I was trying to buy). I hoped still to at least buy the couch with view to another ottoman being available in the future, but was denied having that conversation because instead: PHIL BLOCKED ME. Meaning: I couldn’t see any store inventory posted by him or have access to any inventory at all. Not even the remaining couch I still wanted to buy. This changed when his business partners started also posting but until then, because Phil blocked me instead of assisting the purchase – I was basically “kicked out” of the store and denied entry. No soup for you! One of the more unusual customer service choices I’ve experienced. I wish I could leave an honest, positive review but I cannot. So odd. So...

We absolutely love our new modular sofa! The washable covers, secure attachable pieces, all-around cushioning, performance fabric, and storage in the ottoman make it both practical and stylish. I had been searching for the perfect piece that could serve as a sofa and double as a comfortable sleeping option for guests, and I’m so glad I found this gem of a place. The owners, Phill and Taylor, were wonderful- welcoming, attentive, and truly passionate about their work. Their showroom felt cozy and inviting, and honestly, every single piece they had was stunning.

What impressed me most was the exceptional customer service. Phill went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my sofa, even restuffing the back cushions to give them the plush, cozy look and feel I wanted. That thoughtful touch completely won me over. It’s rare to find beautiful furniture, fair pricing, and genuine care for customers all in one place....

I found a listing on Facebook Marketplace and had the best experience! I really wanted Albany park but I didn’t want to spend that money. Reclaimed Elegance has a couch that is pretty much identical to Albany Park called the SKY 2.0 and I am in love! The sales agent was extremely attentive and communicative even during the Christmas/ New Year holidays. He answered every question I had with respect and courtesy. After a week of chatting I finally decided to pull the plug and purchase. The delivery was scheduled NEXT DAY and the driver was communicating the whole time! Also the couch was EXTREMELY easy to assemble. No screws at all except the feet! They are very kind, REAL, people and I would recommend this company to anyone that would listen! Don’t hesitate! Just buy it from Reclaimed Elegance!
