Everyone loves a massage, right? Yes -- in theory. However, finding a massage therapist kinda makes my eye twitch. What if they are....just fill in the blank. It could easily go wrong in so many ways. Am I anxious? Maybe. But certainly not after a massage from Soma Wellness. Kim is my go-to in the Nashville area for 3 reasons: a) the massage FEELS amazing b) she is highly knowledgeable in the physiology of the body and has an educator's heart to make sure her patients understand their problem areas and how to best treat them and c) last, but probably most importantly, Kim genuinely cares for her patients on a human level. I can't say enough amazing things about Kim at Soma Wellness. My daughter is four and has struggled with swollen tonsils, tonsil stones, and fatigue basically her whole life! She has completed 4 treatments so far and I have noticed a HUGE increase in her energy. It's amazing! She also hasn't had anymore tonsil stones. I’ve tried all the supplements and treatments to help with migraines and ovarian cysts, but with just a few ELT therapy sessions with Kim (really even just after the first one!)
