Piggly Wiggly — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

Most gas stations are better than this grocery store.

I live 10 minutes away. People only go here because it's either the only store that's close enough to walk to or they think it will be as cheap as the store looks. You can get better deals and a lot more option from the Walmart or Publix that are close by. At least both those stores are welcoming. Unlike Piggly Wiggly that feels like you are walking through a poorly lit back alley.

Second time I walked into the store I brought a backpack to avoid carrying multiple bags walking home. Within a few minutes they assumed I was stealing something and told me I had to leave my bag at the front.

I understand, it’s their store so they can run it how they want. But they should have said something when they watched me slowly walk in or have a sign. I bring my bag into stores all the time and they are the only ones that have had an issue with it.

Mostly writing this review because when I decided I would rather just leave the employee got upset. she thought it proved I was only there to steal. I had $300 on me, to buy a month of groceries, so I didn’t want to worry about it.

The staff is disrespectful for no reason or they have a lot of problems with theft. Either one would be a reason to avoid shopping here. If they don't change as the area improves I wouldn’t be surprised if it closes within...

You have to watch the cashier's whenever you doing a pick 5!!!!... Or else they will overcharge you while you're not looking!. Also even though they have more selections than other pick 5 stores, the store need to have more of a better shopping experience, such as the door's!. They need to be very helpful, such as being automatic door openers as other grocery stores, especially for the handicapped, and pregnancies!!!!!. And they need sanitized cart wipes, as their carts has been dirty and the handles has been sticky feeling like. They need to get it together up there, even the workers that hardly greet or smile!. I may not go there anymore, as a lot of my friends and family may not do the same, after seeing this review!. They would loose a lot of business, while going to Publix is better off...

Piggy Wiggly has good nice friendly respectful co workers and staff members working hard to provide the best service and prices please be polite and friendly and honest and respectful to the co workers and staff members and managers please watchs what you say to others because they customers could have kids with them and they customers not won't their kids to pick up bad language keep up with the amazing great work words of encouragement pass it along please and thank y'all I hope y'all have a good day and a very blessed day today God bless y'all family and friends I wish y'all very well though out y'all's life journey working for Piggy Wiggly.
