someone in the family went for a pick up and after order I believe their destination was home which is minutes away. I got in the bag of food right after it's showing. the burger was luke warm the condiments were soggy I believe one problem with that is you may have a dresser of burger putting large amounts of sauces on them mine anyway was loaded with sauce. the burger was not seasoned well and the taste of it was lacking sonics name to it. it did not taste as if sold over time limit to serving or throw away orders I did get the taste (feeling) that the burger was not made at, to order when made key to keeping costumers happy and coming BK one is to start making food when the order comes in 4 minutes is not long to get food and there percentage of service will be a majority of percentage of overall experience and if you are busy with orders that come in well then no worry there orders are made usually fresh and received at a timely manner based on the speed and how the food is prepared the ratings of service and atmosphere I selected low I based this on that I personial was not the one that was there my ratings came from experience of past and...

Update 6: Ordered on the app. Order was 100% correct. Food was fresh and delicious. They included the sauce packets I requested PLUS ketchup, mustard, napkins, utensils, and peppermints. AND salt +1 star!

Update 5: Everything in my order was correct and fresh. Ketchup, groovy sauce, AND napkins were already in the bag. Phoenice was very pleasant and friendly. +1 star!

Update 4: arrived at 10:15 and they said they closed at 10. On a Friday night. Google states they’re open until midnight. -1 star…

Update 1: Kyle the manager called to apologize and try to make things right. He said he's new and trying to turn this location around. Gave me 2 free shakes. Moved from 1 star to 2. I will further edit if my impressions going forward are changed.

Not happy.

Just visited this store. Ordered cheese sticks, a number 3 no onions or mayo, two jr double cheeseburgers, and some tots. Not only was the wait time near twenty minutes, as soon as our food came out the door.. A drive thru customer's order was messed up so my car Hop literally turned around get from my car to help the other customer without handing me my food first. She ended up bringing it back out approx. 3 minutes later. We told her before we received the food that we thought it would be cold. She confirmed it was not and sent us on our way.

Well, two of our burgers we're grease soggy. The other double was burnt. Our cheese sticks were so over cooked that they exploded. The tots were semi warm, I was actually okay with those.
