Extremely Dissatisfied with My Experience at Schechers store. I recently had a thoroughly disappointing experience at Schechers, and I feel compelled to share my frustration with the hope that others can avoid the same letdown. Firstly, I must express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the product I purchased. I bought a pair of shoe for my son, within a shockingly short period, began to show signs of defects, especially there was electric shortage shocked my son several times. This level of poor craftsmanship is simply unacceptable, especially considering the price I paid $45 for the shoe and only last a couple months. I brought the shoe backed to store on September 14, 2023, a nice male manager allowed to replace another shoe based on the defective electric wiring. About two months, my son complained the shoe’s self-stretch laces was fall off. What further exacerbated my disappointment was the store's response when I attempted to address the issue. The store manager informed me that "there is no warranty" on their defective merchandise. More seriously, this store manager told me to leave the store, she seized my iPhone, and throughout onto the sidewalk. How a store can sell goods with such blatant quality issues and then refuse to stand behind their merchandise is beyond comprehension. It's disheartening to see a business prioritize profits over customer satisfaction and product integrity.Customer service plays a crucial role in the success of any retail establishment, and it's regrettable to say that Schechers failed miserably in this regard. Instead of acknowledging the product's defects and offering a reasonable solution, the staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in resolving my concerns. This lack of accountability only reinforces my decision never to return to this store. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Schechers to think twice. It's apparent that they prioritize making a sale over delivering a quality product and supporting their customers. There are plenty of reputable shoe stores that prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the products they sell – unfortunately, Schechers does not seem to be one of them. Save yourself the frustration and...
Read moreIt is an outlet. Do not expect the diversity of sizes that a regular store has. I wear wide shoes and went there to get a pair of dress shoes. I was impressed by their selection of dress shoes but not the availability of sizes.
They have one isle dedicated to wide shoes versus carrying a pair of wide for each shoe type. This method significantly limited the variety of wide shoes. They do not carry any wide dress shoes. The selection was limited and I ended up leaving without purchasing anything.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is a bit cramped and finding a spot to try on shoes was a bit of a challenge. You need to go all the way to the back of the store.
Pros: Friendly staff, well lit, clean Cons: Diversity in sizes, fitting areas to try the shoes on, they do not carry...
Read moreIf I could give this store no stars, I would. I told the associates I was looking for a specific shoe and they start pointing me into so many different directions. Then I tell them I have flat feet so I usually have trouble finding the right shoe and one of them tells me I need arche support. I then say, look, I've tried shoes like that before and they hurt my feet and cause a pulling in my knee. I mean, hello, this is my body and I know exactly what is good and not good for me. Then when I take the dang shoes just to make her shut up and try them on, they're staring at me the whole time. It was a terrible experience and I won't go back. Needless to say, I took my business to the Sketchers store in the...
