I have been going to this Panda Express since it opened. There has been some issues with the food lately - on May 11th I got Honey Walnut Shrimp, Egg roll and rice. When it was brought home the Egg roll was hard on one side and the Shrimp was dry with no honey sauce. I had it returned to get a refund. The manager on at the time, Rebecca, had a major attitude. I have to get the Shrimp separate because the person sharing the other part of the dinner has a shellfish allergy. Rebecca proceeded to argue about the container it was put in - she said it had to be put in 2 Styrofoam containers so it is charged right. It was told to her they write it on the to go container etc. She continued to be snippy and with an attitude. She finally gave the credit and was informed we will return the rice tomorrow. She should NOT be arguing with a customer over a certain container. Corporate is being called tomorrow to let them know about Rebecca. UPDATE: I called this last week to find out who is over Rebecca and she gets in the phone finally tells me the manager's name and said he would be in the next day. She then asked me if this had to do with the old lady and the Honey Walnut Shrimp. I immediately shut her down. The next day we go in to see David and come to find out he was on vacation. Rebecca came out and said I understand you want to talk to me. We turned around and walked out. * Corporate was called and spoke to the head manager of the area, he was very nice and apologetic however, the times that I have gone back to get food, Rebecca is always there, standing in the corner doing nothing, the shrimp looks horrible, tbey are still cleaning above the some while they are cooking and then to top it off when I called tonight to see when David would be there, Rebecca answered and said she is the manager now and I said I wanted to speak to David and she said, "Is this the elderly woman about the shrimp from last month?" I couldn't believe it -- no more visits to this Panda!!!!! When Rebecca is gone is when I will go back, meanwhile I am saving serious money and Panera is gettimg...
Read moreI’ve had Panda Express a million times and this was by far the worst experience. I placed an online order and arrived 2 minutes before it said it would be ready. They were fairly busy which I get, but there was absolutely no communication. People with online orders were just standing around waiting for some kind of direction and they checked out like 6 people before getting to us. They were pretty rude and couldn’t find my order even when I showed my confirmation screen. Then they just walked around for a while and didn’t tell us anything. Literally just looked at us with blank stares like they had not a clue in the world what to do. Finally after a while they called my name but they made me feel like I was the problem. It was an absolutely terrible experience and I would never come back to this location. I understand working in fast food/fast casual food sucks. But they could have at least been nice/apologetic, etc. I’m really patient and understanding but from the moment I walked up to the online order area they were so rude and just looked like they didn’t care. It was two people in particular, one who looked like maybe a manager (black uniform) and the cashier. The other 2 people waiting for their orders also gave their names and the manager just said “we don’t have them” and walked off. I do think they got their orders made but there was nothing said of maybe “ we can’t find your order can you show us what you got? Or give us a moment to troubleshoot we’re so sorry for the wait. “ I am not one to complain usually but this just left me in a sour mood after working 9 am - 9 pm. Read moreThis location is only busy because of location. The young rude girl at the register is terrible. Her name is NU NU. Each time she is at the register I can expect the exact same service. She has actually been doing terrible work for a while now. As I wait in this long line and finally get to the register she walks away to make other orders. She does not bother to say, "one moment please," or "I'll be right with you," NOTHING! I wait patiently for her to then come back and start putting in the order of the customer behind me. I let her know before she puts anything else in the register, NU NU looks at me and says I'm gonna go ahead and check them out. I told her no, that I have been waiting in this line for her to return and I would like to check out. She looked away and asked the next Customer if they needed anything else. She walked off to get what they needed and I asked her name. She pointed at her name tag. I'm not sure if NU NU has an issue with black women in particular but I do know other people who have had similar issues with her at this location.
