The BEST toy store I've ever been to! While visiting Nashville my daughter and I stopped in and I couldn't have been more impressed with the selection, service and charm of the shop! The options were so unique and creative, and the owner, Austin, is the kindest person on the planet. Nothing better than supporting local too! Will exclusively be shopping Tabla Rasa for my daughter and for gifts, and love that they have an online purchasing option! Bonus: the same artist who painted the original ''I Believe in Nashville'' mural created a must see piece of art on the side of Tabla Rasa for *hint* any selfie fans Cutest area, greatest shop - can't recommend enough!

As a rubber chicken connoisseur, this was definitely the best toy store for me. There were two whole options of rubber chicken. There was the basic option and then there was the deluxe option.I obviously went for the deluxe. Pictured is my nephew with the chicken. He loves it. Austin helped me out and even took photos for me because I can't take them myself. Anyways, I 10/10 recommend visiting!! And in the event that Austin is single...he should hit me up. Anyways..... Oh, also I got Jane Austin tattoos and will 100% be using them.

We liked Tabla Rasa Toys for a long time but this year they decided to set up a Santa Mail Box for Christmas and charged $5 to send a letter to Santa (if you wanted a reply). Previously we always used the free service at the YMCA or other free drop offs but this year decided to support a small business.

While those free services always sent a hand-written response back from Santa with custom references to the toys referenced in the letter from our daughter, Tabla Rasa instead sent a printed form letter back that wasn't even from Santa. It was a letter from the toy store with a strange story that was not really relevant for young kids.

This is hands down the coolest toy store I have ever been to. The selection of toys blew my mind. Every toy was so cool. I work in early childhood and so many of the toys were not only fun and hands on but also educational. I will be going back over and over to continue to buy toys for my school. There truly is something for everyone. I found myself trying out the scooters and pogo stick. It might be designed for kids but I can verify it was fun for adults too! I canā€™t wait until the coffee shop and skate shop are up and running. It will be an awesome hangout for all ages! It is a must check out place if you are...
