THIS is what they're talking about when they say a "dining experience".
This was my first Omakase and it did not disappoint. Everything from the service, to the music, to the delicious food was perfect.
The 14 courses were all superb, with some standouts including the first course - Hamachi, the 3rd course - Salmon Caviar, the 5th course - Zuke Maguro and lastly, the 9th course - A5 Wagyu Foie Gras.
The service provided at last nights meal was something I haven't experienced in a long time. From the moment we were greeted at the front door, we were thoughtfully taken care of. It wasn't just the acts of service but the attitude that each person carried. The tone was set very early in such a positive way and it didn't go unnoticed.
While we waited for our Omakase to begin, we were served beverages at the small bar in the front of the building. I tried two of the mocktails, the mango beverage and the coconut. Both were absolutely incredible and if you're a coconut fan, you HAVE to try this drink. I believe it's called the Panda, Panda.
The space was intimate and perfectly designed. The music was chosen by our chefs as the experience went on which was fun and made you feel like they were just as apart of it as the customer. Not to mention, they had a fire playlist. It was just fun and light and genuine.
We ordered additional a la carte items towards the end - another round of the salmon, the wagyu and we also tried the Uni. The set was finished with their dessert which was a light fluffy cake.
We had such a great evening. I truly can't recommend this place enough. We...

As huge fans of Noko, we were beyond excited to experience their highly anticipated sister restaurant, Kase by Noko. The omakase-style setting, with its intimate 14-seat bar and a small table for two, instantly transported us to what I imagine dining in Japan would feel like.
The dining experience was truly exceptional, featuring 14 courses for $75—an incredible value for the artistry and quality of the food. In addition to the set menu, a few a la carte options were offered. We couldn’t resist adding the A5 Wagyu Foie Gras, which quickly became our favorite dish of the night (so much so that we ordered it again!).
Service was impeccable, as expected from the Noko team. Chef Christian, who served our area, was not only talented but also warm and engaging. Our server was attentive to every detail, and the managers, Wilson and Jon, went out of their way to personally congratulate us as we were celebrating our one-year anniversary. This thoughtful touch made the evening even more special.
The buzz around Kase by Noko is well-deserved—it opened on 12/13 and is already sold out for the next six weeks! We’re already planning a return visit so my husband can celebrate his mom’s birthday here.
Kase by Noko is undoubtedly on its way to becoming one of Nashville’s top dining destinations. Highly recommended for food lovers and anyone seeking a truly...
Read moreI was very happy that a seat opened up during my brief trip to Nashville. It was definitely the highlight! The omakase experience flowed well, the quantity of food was just right and well-timed, the presentation was fun and informative, the service was thoughtful and attentive, and every detail was intentional.
From regularly replacing our hand wipes, replenishing the palate-cleansing ginger bites, and ensuring we always had what we wanted to drink, the service was great. I got a call the next day to say thanks for coming. Even using the bathroom was a fun experience with the Japanese toilet with full remote menu and heated seat! The ambiance and decor also went along well with the experience.
I enjoyed every bite of this menu and would do it again. I might learn a bit about sake first since I didn’t know what to order there and stuck...
