White's Mercantile Belle Meade — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

I was searching for unique party favors and found a small inscribed plate at White’s Mercantile at the Belle Meade location. I needed 7 but they only had one in the store. To my amazement Molly called the other two locations and found the rest of the plates I needed. She told me they would have them delivered to their location by the next day. I had been home for a couple of hours (the same day!) and she called to let me know they were there. In a world where customer service is lacking in several spots these days, this was an above and beyond effort to take care of me as a customer.
